Not sure what happened, a few months ago I would get the same pizza and it was really good, crispy bottom finely chopped veggies, seems like it's been slowly declining and today it was really bad. Absolutely huge pieces of pepper and onion, almost raw and the bottom of the pizza was just barely cooked as well.

I'm in total shock. This has been my favorite pizza place in Weymouth for the past 10 years. Lately they've been over cooking the pizza. I called and the girl said to order it light cooked. I didn't ask for another pizza. Well, next time I asked and light cooked is the pizza being barely cooked. They didn't want to give me a credit. they didn't want to replace it. They wanted to just refund me instead of fixing it and on top of that, they wanted to send the driver back to pick up the one I complained about. I wouldn't even try again after all of this.

Customer service ordering was very like fast like I was bothering him Waited 20 minutes for a simple Cheeseburger. It was way overcooked taste like Rubber, drenched in mayonnaise called and spoke to the manager. Definitely can tell he was the one that took my order. I would not recommend this place.

You know his going to be a great roast beef spot when the word 'roast beef' is in the title. Brothers Roast Beef is a testimony to that. The super beef was STACKED! It's absolutely one of the best roast beefs I've had in a very long time

Our office orders from here all the time. We did not have many issues. Today then buffalo chicken calzone we received was cold and did not seem fully cooked in the middle. I offered to send a photo but they wanted us to bring to calzone back down to the restaurant. They gave us a hard time about the credit as if we were trying to rip them off for a calzone when we order a few times a week here regularly. Very disappointed in the service here. Not sure why our request for a credit was such a big deal.

Really good sandwich!! Got the steak, it was pretty big and had a lot of flavor!! Would recommend for a quick bite!

Tell me how this place closes at like 1030 and when I call and ask if they have any roast beef sandwiches first of all, they said yes they’re still cooking but they don’t do roast beef sandwiches because they don’t wanna clean up after but their place is called brother roast beef Horrible customer service. All the women in the background are just laughing and on their phone.

They have consistently screwed up my order. This last visit I decided to call. When I explained what happened, all they could say was it won’t happen next time. And it won’t because there will not be a next time. Businesses really need to appreciate their customers more, customers are the only reason they keep their doors open.
