I go here quite a lot. The pizza is especially good. But this order was something else. I showed up at the pickup time, and had to wait 15 minutes. When I got home, I realized the meatballs in my sub were almost all uncooked in the middle. Not good.

Came here once and got a chicken parm calzone. The sauce was delicious and the cheese was good. Chicken tasted frozen, freezerburnt, then burnt again. Decided to give it another try and ,got the teriyaki cheese sub. Cashier said it was his favorite. Tasted like mouthful of salt with almost no other flavor. Sandwich was light. Little filling. And a handful of fries all for 15 bucks.

A great Boston feel on the south shore. Very kind and professional staff, super clean establishment, their pride of ownership shines through. Also a great place to karaoke( on Thursday )with some super talented singers, Paul Buckus the DJ/ KJ is an authentic caring soul who enjoys his interactions with each and every singer.
Steak tips are delicious!

I really enjoyed the flavor of the BBQ chicken pizza! Pepperoni pizza was average. Both could’ve been cooked longer to avoid cheese sliding off. Would return for the BBQ chicken pizza!

Very rude service on the phone absolutely terrible. The manager is a great guy appreciate him dearly for being so kind. My son just played a three hour long baseball game and was not given the choice of being ordered in person. The place looks very nice but the person on the phone should be ashamed of themselves

Excellent chicken parm I always get their onion rings too which are one of the best around I think

I ordered a chicken parm calzone on 4/25/2025 Friday night and my daughter and I both were sick from it. I was sick Friday night and all-day Saturday. My daughter had some left-over calzone on Saturday and got sick that night and Sunday. When I got the calzone on Friday, I thought it wasn't quite right but didn't think it was bad, I was wrong. We are regular customers at Capones and thought you should know about our experience.
I waited over a week to hear back from Capones, and they never got back to me.

I would like to hear back from the owner because I tried to talk to Carlos, and he was of no help at all. talking over me when I called. I called and was told everyone from management was on a cruise. I called 5/7/2025 because Carlos said to call back then. I had to call three times to get an answer. The answer was nothing, you're not going to compensate my family for making us sick. Your manager Carlos (p.s. Carlos could care less) is very bad at his job. we would like to hear back from someone that knows about customer relationships and how to keep them.

Not a great experience. Tried being friendly and nice, but did not receive the same. Very strange vibe. Won’t be going back after the experience I had with my friend tonight. It’s a shame because the spot has potential.
