food is legit chinese + chinese-american food. spacious 1st and 2nd floor. I see a lot of private events hosted here. the owner brings out very nice energy and vibes when you enter. bean curd and beef is the go-to dish here! I was sad i heard this location was closing in summer 2026.

Food is great and they ran out of an app when I placed an order for delivery and they replaced it with two apps. Very good service.

Absolutely outstanding food—every dish was memorable and full of character.

山东炒鸡: Deeply aromatic and comforting, with layers of savory spice that feel hearty and authentic. The chicken was tender and perfectly infused with flavor—this is soul food done right.

跳脚牛肉: Bold, fiery, and addictive. The heat is exciting but balanced, with fragrant spices that keep you going back for “just one more bite.” A must-order for spice lovers.

金沙排骨: Pure indulgence. Crispy ribs coated in rich, golden salted egg yolk—savory, creamy, and crunchy all at once. Easily one of the best 金沙 dishes I’ve had.

酸辣土豆丝: Refreshing and perfectly balanced—crisp potato shreds with just the right punch of sour and heat. A simple dish executed flawlessly.

From technique to seasoning, every plate shows care and confidence. Cubist Circle delivers authentic flavors with finesse, and this lineup alone is reason enough to return again and again. Highly recommended.

We have been here a few times. They are very accommodating for larger groups. Food is reasonably priced and large portions. Taste is authentic and fresh.
Would stop by again.

I ordered General Gau’s chicken, it was hard as a rock, also beef was tough. The rice was very good, fresh. Crab Rangoon drenched in oil.

The Szechuan food is on point. Golden Beef Soup, Dry Fried everything, Cabbage, cold chicken with chili oil, all spicy and excellent.

I have gotten food from here before and liked it better then.
The other day I picked up an order: 2 maki roll lunch, that came with miso soup, and garlic eggplant with rice, that came with hot/sour soup.
The eel/cucumber maki, sweet potato maki and miso soup were good.
The hot and sour soup had so much orange oil on it that I couldn't eat it.
The eggplant was ok, but also oily.
I had also gotten crab rangoon added on; realized they were drenched in oil.

Food is not consistent. Quality and quantity are also not consistent. Service is not bad, but the restaurant feels like a construction warehouse - cold and empty. Not a good atmosphere at all. Behind our table are junks on the tables. Definitely don’t feel like a cozy restaurant. It needs major L&C.

We order from here all the time, there’s food you can’t find in many other restaurants and it’s always fresh. We love the salt & pepper wings, Dan Dan noodles, fried rice, dumplings, long pepper beef. However, lately the food hasn’t been as consistent - sometimes the noodles taste burned or too spicy, and the pepper beef is sometimes delicious but sometimes so spicy we can’t even eat it. We will keep ordering and hopefully the consistency comes back as it’s one of our favorite places!

This place is so odd. Food is generally ok but nothing I couldn't live without, menu is very confusing. I wish they could simplify things. There are so many empty cold roims. It has the vibe of an abandon hospital. It's freezing inside though I can't imagine how they could possibly heat that space. Staff is super nice plenty of parking. It used to be an American style Chinese restaurant which was really the best option for the awkward space. It used to be great and exactly what that part of town needed a fun karaoke place w good food but it's a totally different place now. I don't love anything about it but I would say the dumplings are good, the pork and mustard green rice also good 👍

Bad customer service- 1 employee to answer phone wait tables and bar tend. . The sweet-and-sour chicken, which is a staple for most Chinese restaurants was horrific rubber overcooked definitely passed It’s sell by Date. Even drowning it in sugar syrup couldn’t disguise the nasty taste. Beef lo mein The beef was minuscule and no flavor. Never again there’s too many options to waste your time and energy at this place.
