Food is garbage unless it's a donut or muffin. I stood at the counter and there were 4 people working the drive thru. One lady walked right past me looking miserable. Didn't greet me, didn't look my way, didn't smile, didn't acknowledge me at all. Then it took over 5 minutes to get a basic hot black with sugar. The manager girl hides in the office all morning until mid day when they have one person working. She also has an attitude of someone who doesn't want to be there. As for atmosphere, it's in a gas station.

I'm not sure what the hell is wrong with this location. It has been more than once when I ordered from that location via drive-through window and they got my order wrong even though they reapted my order to me before placing it!!! Definitely not recommending DD anymore

it was barely busy and the workers ignored me while one was chatting with a regular and the other kept looking at her phone idly. They let me stand there without a greeting or without taking my order for an inappropriate amount of time. that’s not the worst part since someone walked in after me and one of the workers greeted them and took their order as soon as they walked up. plain discrimination, and they couldn’t say anything when I finally spoke up about it. If you’re black or brown, find somewhere else to go because they are racist here and they will be passive aggressive towards you.

All we ordered was two hot chocolates. Somehow the two people working there failed to communicate and got our orders wrong. After we ordered we were asked what our orders were again by another worker who made the hot chocolates incorrectly, and then was rude when we requested that she fix them. The person ringing us up barely spoke out loud to us. This location needs to do better. Very mediocre.

I don't get the fascination of DD in New England. The doughnuts taste like old cooking oil, the coffee has no taste. Never again. Thank goodness we have very few DD on the West Coast. Krispy Kreme and Voodoo are the best!
