I go to this one pretty often since it's close to my house; most of the staff here is brilliant and very kind, especially some of the Brazilian staff members. However, there is one shift lead/manager there who is an older and heavier set woman with glasses and a long ponytail and she is always there barking commands at people and is very demeaning. Everything else was astounding, if you ignore her verbal abuse to the staff.

Walked in to see 4 employees giving someone in the drive thru the middle finger and swearing at them including the manager( recognize her from the past) .. turned around and left they didn’t even realize I walked in… disgusting behavior don’t go here

Ur typical Dunkin but newly renovated and clean. Sometimes it’s hard to get workers attention when order at the counter as they are running around taking care of drive through orders. Expect it to be very busy on the weekends when soccer games are held nearby.

I typically go in and here to get my coffee everyday. The assistant manager berated me in front of the entire restaurant for saying “excuse me can you unlock the bathroom for my boyfriend” after we stood being ignored for ten minutes. She told me I didn’t ask her correctly, then proceeded to ask me if my boyfriend was a man or woman. Absolutely horrifying behavior. The bathroom is covered in literal feces always, Jessica has a horrendous attitude and was frazzled and out of breath over 3 tickets. As someone who works in the restaurant industry this is a tragedy. Jessica needs to be fired or retrained immediately. The other employees shouldn’t have to put up with her attitude either, as I witnessed her verbally abusing them. She also attempted to refuse to provide her name

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Dunkin’ since it first opened, but over the last few years, the service has declined significantly. Orders are frequently incorrect or missing items, and when you try to address the issue, the response from staff—especially the manager—is shockingly rude. Unfortunately, I’m not the only one who has had this experience; after speaking with others in the area, it seems to be a common issue. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service from a brand like Dunkin’. It was never this bad before, but at this point, I’d rather drive out of my way than return to this location.

Extremely rude employee in the drive thru, it's not every day that I see her there, but specifically today Tuesday, December 10 at 10:40 in the morning she was there, she is a very rude person, she always interrupts my speeches , honestly I keep going there because she is not there in the drive thru every day, because if it weren't for that I would never go to this dunkin again. If she is a manager, it's a shame that it's like that, she should set a better example for employees and customers.
