Filled with townies & working men. If you’re in a rush to work it will do . Everything is carelessly made. The order is always wrong . If you like burnt/ smushed sandwiches 🥪 this place is for you . Ordered a flavored coffee that I’ve ordered a bunch from other locations and clearly was no flavoring in it. When I asked for it to be remade they dumped out some stuff and added more cream and sugar. STILL WAS VERY WRONG WITH ZERO FLAVOR . They don’t care. And I just won’t go there anymore. TERRIBLE EVERYTHING.

My first time at this particular location. But they hit all the marks. Quick, friendly and correct.
My husband went to grab us some food and the women were being extremely rude and one asked him “you don’t know what you ordered” because he asked if it was his order. He doesn’t drink coffee so he wouldn’t know what the drink was unless the order was under his name. The guys who work there are always really friendly and helpful to all the customers. But the ladies always have a bad attitude even laughed and made jokes in his face. They will be the downfall of the business.

I come here often and haven't had any issues. Dunkin coffee isn't very good so I lean in and get cream and sugar and a flavor swirl like mocha or caramel. I like to try the limited edition/seasonal flavors. The iced coffee is highly caffeinated. Pleasant staff.

The food preparation employee did not know his job. First he forgot the Home Fries. Then after I went back in to get them, when I opened my Ham and Cheese Croissant it was nearly frozen inside, and was inedible. The Bagel Bites were almost as cold as the croissant but were edible… they’re so much better warm! Never going back to this location.

Went in here to get coffee and donuts for my employees as a celebration for working safe. I asked for 5 dozen donuts and 3 boxes of Joe. At first I was told 5 dozen donuts would "wipe them out" as they're a small store. Then a woman behind the counter preparing coffee told the cashier "just give it to him" with a grimace on her face and in an angry tone. I then said I need 3 boxes of Joe. The angry woman then turned to me and said "are you kidding me??!"I said no, I'm not kidding, i understand this is a large order on short notice, and if it's a problem for you, you can just give me my money back and I'll leave, but if this is a business predicated on making money, which I think it is, you'll take my money, and the employees that I work with will be happy.While preparing my order, all this woman did was verbally complain out loud for the 20 minutes I spent waiting for my order to be ready, about how this is ridiculous and that they're such a small store and they only have 1 coffee brewer. When my order was ready, I went to take it and I was missing 2 boxes of the coffee. She yelled at me and said that she had already given me the other 2 and that I must've taken them already. I assured her that I did not, so she proceeded to rant and rave while she made 2 more boxes of coffee. When they were done she threw them on the counter and said "here's your coffee bud" I took my order and told her I hope she has a better day and can find a way to be less miserable. No surprise to me that she didn't say a word to me after I killed her with kindness.Not how you treat customers who are willing to pay you money, and have done nothing to anger you other than want to pay for products you provide. Will not be revisiting this dunkin again.
