I come here often and haven't had any issues. Dunkin coffee isn't very good so I lean in and get cream and sugar and a flavor swirl like mocha or caramel. I like to try the limited edition/seasonal flavors. The iced coffee is highly caffeinated. Pleasant staff.

Parking: Entire shaw's plaza parking lot available for parking, including handicap/accessable parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors may be too narrow for a standard wheelchair and definitely too narrow for electric or powerchairs.
