I travel a lot and I've been to DD in surrounding 4 states. This is the best I've ever been to. They still make their donuts in-store like the old days and the quality is apparent. Jaylen behind the counter is vibing with the joint, happy and friendly. Other store owners could learn a few things. Customer are clearly vibing too.

Service and people are nice. The one thing I CANT stand about this location is the parking lot. It’s obvious this place is super busy but, you can and will get blocked in by cars waiting for the drive thru. Not to mention the entrance from 18 cutting everyone off who have been waiting. Parking lot and location aside, 5/5 service and 5/5 people

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. DO NOT go inside here to order food, drinks, anything. They completely cater to the drive thru. They pay no attention to walk-in customers. Cannot imagine being handicapped or needing extra attention. One worker working the register and making orders, while four to five work the drive thru area. Waited 25 minutes between the line and waiting for my order, only to be given the wrong size drinks. Worst experience at a Dunkin in a very long time. It’s apparent, the owners have thier priorities mixed up and don’t care about walk in customers.

The gentleman at the drive-thru with the curly hair was stellar! I know the donuts are half made beforehand but these were very well made regardless.

This is my favorite Dunks and the only one I'll get donuts from! They have all the classic flavors (including my favorite - a sugared jelly stick as well as chocolate butter crunch) and they also have Baker's Choice options (I saw a chocolate dipped cruller today as well as what looked like a chocolate glazed whoopie pie and the donuts are always fresh and delicious! The baker is a really nice guy who is very talented! Everyone at the front is really friendly and patient when I have my hands full with my young children. Majority of Dunks have gone down hill over the years with coffee quality and especially food but this location really does a great job!

Horrible Service I order 6/7 days out of the week and they consistently mess up my order on purpose. My last three orders placed were canceled through doordash even though the store is still open. Horrible customer service horrible food quality. I work 40+ hours a week and just want my coffee & snacks. Lacks of consideration and customer service

Suks there is nothing that is up to par any longer

The restaurant is clean inside and the staff seem friendly enough. However my coffee is always off and never stirred. Probably would make better tips if the quality was better.

I’ve developed a serious love affair with Dunkin’ Donuts’ macchiatos—or at least I would if they were served correctly more than once a month (and that might be generous). On those glorious occasions when the caramel-to-espresso ratio is just right, it’s basically liquid bliss—like a caffeinated hug. And I appreciate that, because let’s be honest: mornings can be rough, and a properly made coffee with a friendly smile is sometimes the only thing standing between me and a meltdown worthy of reality TV.

However, the experience can get… a little less sweet. It’s tough to enjoy my macchiato when I’m treated to front-row seats of staff bickering about tips, or, on the really fun days, passionately airing their grievances about who hates working there more. Let’s just say it adds a shot of drama to my order that I really didn’t ask for. If I wanted that level of entertainment, I’d binge-watch a soap opera at home with my cat.

Don’t get me wrong—there are definitely gems on the team who can whip up a perfect drink and make my day brighter just by being so cheerful. Those individuals truly know what customer service is all about. But their positivity can get overshadowed by the occasional “I’d rather be anywhere else” attitude from others.

Despite these hiccups, I have to give a shout-out to the management. They seem to be working tirelessly to keep the business running smoothly and maintain a positive vibe. You can almost see the sweat forming when they step in to defuse a heated back-and-forth behind the counter. In fairness, Dunkin’ Donuts is no small operation, and keeping everyone happy—staff and customers alike—can be akin to herding caffeinated cats.

So, should you grab your morning macchiato here? Absolutely—when it’s done right, it’s worth the occasional gamble. Just cross your fingers that you’ll be greeted by one of the upbeat team members rather than walking into a real-life version of “Caffeine and Conflict.” Here’s hoping management keeps on fighting the good fight, because underneath the drama, there’s still that lovely, caramel-y, espresso goodness waiting to make your day a bit brighter.
