Horrible Service I order 6/7 days out of the week and they consistently mess up my order on purpose. My last three orders placed were canceled through doordash even though the store is still open. Horrible customer service horrible food quality. I work 40+ hours a week and just want my coffee & snacks. Lacks of consideration and customer service

Suks there is nothing that is up to par any longer

The restaurant is clean inside and the staff seem friendly enough. However my coffee is always off and never stirred. Probably would make better tips if the quality was better.

Their attitude is off the charts

I’ve developed a serious love affair with Dunkin’ Donuts’ macchiatos—or at least I would if they were served correctly more than once a month (and that might be generous). On those glorious occasions when the caramel-to-espresso ratio is just right, it’s basically liquid bliss—like a caffeinated hug. And I appreciate that, because let’s be honest: mornings can be rough, and a properly made coffee with a friendly smile is sometimes the only thing standing between me and a meltdown worthy of reality TV.

However, the experience can get… a little less sweet. It’s tough to enjoy my macchiato when I’m treated to front-row seats of staff bickering about tips, or, on the really fun days, passionately airing their grievances about who hates working there more. Let’s just say it adds a shot of drama to my order that I really didn’t ask for. If I wanted that level of entertainment, I’d binge-watch a soap opera at home with my cat.

Don’t get me wrong—there are definitely gems on the team who can whip up a perfect drink and make my day brighter just by being so cheerful. Those individuals truly know what customer service is all about. But their positivity can get overshadowed by the occasional “I’d rather be anywhere else” attitude from others.

Despite these hiccups, I have to give a shout-out to the management. They seem to be working tirelessly to keep the business running smoothly and maintain a positive vibe. You can almost see the sweat forming when they step in to defuse a heated back-and-forth behind the counter. In fairness, Dunkin’ Donuts is no small operation, and keeping everyone happy—staff and customers alike—can be akin to herding caffeinated cats.

So, should you grab your morning macchiato here? Absolutely—when it’s done right, it’s worth the occasional gamble. Just cross your fingers that you’ll be greeted by one of the upbeat team members rather than walking into a real-life version of “Caffeine and Conflict.” Here’s hoping management keeps on fighting the good fight, because underneath the drama, there’s still that lovely, caramel-y, espresso goodness waiting to make your day a bit brighter.

All of the employees were extremely rude and not communicating, most of them had AirPods in and ignored me. I ordered an energy refresher for my wife and it was just soda water and strawberry syrup, her loaded tots had no bacon in them. Absolute disgrace of a Dunkin this location should absolutely be closed, there’s another one close enough. First time visiting and I’m never going back, I’d rather drive a little more than go to this one. Not sure how they average 4 stars

Coffee was watered down, stale, not hot enough by any standard. Hash browns were broken, soggy, and not hot at all.

Always friendly & fast & they have a separate drive through for express orders!

The drive thru has forgot food 3 separate times I've gone through it. The handful of times I have gotten food like the hash browns or bagel bites, they are always cold. I went inside one day thinking it would actually be faster then the drive thru and a better experience assuming I would get everything I ordered and the women that where behind the counter where irritated about simply being there and very rude. Ive only had one employee greet me with "good morning" or anything for that matter and reply back to me when I say thank you.
