You definitely want to eat here! Altho the pizza is expensive, it's actually very good, and it's the Italian brick over style. (I usually like Greek style in a pan, but this one is worth it.) I also recommend eating in here, because the food as as good as The North End in Boston. L

We took my parents out for their 60th wedding anniversary and i am so glad we chose ecco’s. They made it such a special experience from start to finish. In the beginning, they sent over drinks for them and wished them a happy anniversary!! Everyones meal was delicious. Big portions. Maryanne, our hostess went above and beyond to make this night special. After our delicious meal maryanne also sent over a tiramisu with a candle in it. Not only would i highly recommend this for the food but also for the customer service. Thank you for making this a special anniversary dinner!

I spent about 40$ on food that was completely uneatable. Bruschetta was so bad and ironically undercooked, because the arrabiatta was drowned in garlic, which I could have overcome by adding some sauce. But the Ziti was literally 20 minutes overcooked. I can nearly eat anything, this wasn't eatable. I am so so so mad

Super clean restaurant. Service was friendly. Meal was delicious. Would definitely go back. Seafood was fresh and my husbands steak was cooked perfectly.

Moved to Hingham Ma from Manhattan so I guess I know my Italian food. We had doordash deliver to our home, the ecco antipasto was amazing. sirloin steak with mashed potatoes was the best, and finally the shrimp scampi was not to spicy, but also super great. Can't wait to vist this restaurant and give their team a real thumbs up ! Thanks again , hope to see you all soon. !

Ecco is our "Go to" when we go out to eat. Charlie welcomes us and Maryanne has my drink on the table before I settle in. We usually order fish and it is always excellent!

Went in for dinner this past week. They had their “Pasta Night” Specials. I got the Chicken Parm. Well … no sooner leaving and driving home I felt sick…and I was lucky I made it home. I was so sick! But, once all the gross Chicken Parm had gotten out I felt better. I called to restaurants and ask about the Chicken Parm… I then learned that the chicken on “Pasta Night” is FROZEN breaded chicken that they flash fry…. Not FRESH. But I could order the other Chicken Parm on the main menu not the special and that would be the fresh chicken….WHAT?!? ??‍♀️

Pizza was cold and had a weird taste. Asked for half cheese have pepperoni. Only two pieces were cheese. Asked for chicken broccoli ziti with garlic and butter and got Alfredo sauce. Came in the smaller black container and was charged $20. Every other restaurant serves in the big black containers for $20. Ordered a side of plain pasta and never came. Before order was even picked up it was confirmed over the phone with the receptionist. Called the restaurant after order arrived and they were rude and hung up!

Despite being seemingly short staffed and overbooked, Ecco really delivers on the genuinely great Italian cuisine. Prices are definitely fair, considering the quality and quantity provided. Excellent cocktails, attentive staff (again despite being clearly understaffed), and overall a great place to go to change up the usual take-out routine.

We visited with our party of 10 to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday. Everything went well until the presentation of the entrees. My order of Seafood of risotto bore no resemblance to my brother in law across the table. While his was covered with shrimp and scallops, I could find none in mine. Even the clams were empty shells. Basically, a bowl of rice.Upon showing to the waitress, it was taken back.Sirloin tips and grilled shrimp were ordered instead.By the time I received it, most in the party were finished eating. The waitress said, “There you go! I’m sure that’s better!”I cut into my med rare sirloin to see it is very well done and void of any juices or even a hint of pink much less the red I was expecting.I looked at the waitress, and said, “no it’s really not”.She wasn’t interested. In fact, she just walked away and never once came back to my end of the table.I was furious. More so when the entree appeared on my guest check.I will never, repeat NEVER, take my family back to ECCO.“Never mess with the guy that pays the check”.
