$8 for a draft is crazy work. The waitress failed by never asking us if we wanted more drinks and skipped right to desert. Didn’t ask if we wanted anything after we ate. Updated review this place went down hill

When coming all the way from Australia to visit family in Boston recently, wanted to try quintessential Boston fare. My uncle thought to bring me here one night. So please he did. Probably the best meal I had in Boston this trip
The Clam Chowder was a delight. Not too heavy or too starchy. Just very well balanced with taste and texture
The medium rare Steak Frites was cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned too. The hand cut fries were also golden brown and crunchy
I also had a small sample of the Prime Rib. Perfectly cooked and flavoured just like the steak frites
Topped off by warm, every helpful and super friendly service from our server Diane, this turned out to be quite the delightful evening catching up with family over an amazing meal
Definitely will recommend this brightly lit, well decorated and charming establishment for anyone wanting good, honest home style fare. I myself look forward to coming back next time I am in the Boston area again

Grille 151 is a perfect spot on every level — great food, great drinks, and a welcoming vibe. It has that perfect mix of lively and laid-back, whether you’re grabbing dinner with friends or stopping in for a quick drink after work.
The bar staff are excellent — friendly, fast, and they actually pay attention. The drinks are always on point, from the classics to their seasonal cocktails, and the bartenders make everyone feel like a regular.
The food never misses. Everything’s fresh, well-cooked, and consistent. The menu’s got plenty of variety — steaks, seafood, burgers, and appetizers that are way better than your typical bar fare.
The atmosphere is relaxed but still feels upbeat — clean space, good crowd, and just an overall great spot to hang out.
Grille 151 is easily one of the best go-to spots on the South Shore for dinner or drinks. You always leave wanting to come back.

Sunday before noon a limited menu but we were all able to find something we enjoyed. Thin crust cheese pizza was excellent. Fresh beer batter haddock with onion rings also excellent. Breakfast burrito with breakfast potatoes also a hit. I think I waitress's name was Charlene or Charlotte but she was wonderful and we took good care of her. Will be back!
Great first experience, we attended a family event with a planned buffet. The staff were very nice and super attentive. We had two celiac people in our party and both received a separate dish to support their allergies, and those were excellent too. Extensive drink menu, large bar area too!

The food was unexpectedly good. We pulled off the highway for a quick meal and was pleasantly surprised. They had wellfleet oysters, my favorite! The swordfish paella was perfectly cooked, could of used a few more shrimp and mussels. The Django burger was also cooked perfectly and lots of bacon.
