So went to this McDonald's the other night and had a okay experience. Use the kiosk to order the kiosk. Asked you to get a table tent and put the number in. So I did that. Well when my order was ready they didn't bring it to the table. They called the number on the ticket. Not a big deal. Restaurant was empty and it's McDonald's. After all I don't expect table service. I hate the fact that they do table service. However, if you're going to have a kiosk to ask you to put in a table tent number, do table service. Anyway minor thing my fries were hot which was good as was my filet of fish. What was not so great? Was the crispy strips. More like mcdoggy. They had obviously been kept on a warmer and then putting one of those boxes that has the heat reflection in it and they just weren't that good. In fact, I'd say they sucked. We'll never order them again. I only go to this McDonalds occasionally once every couple of months cuz it's near where I work. So it's a quick meal on my break sometimes. But I got to tell you my overall experience is here. Have been two to three stars. Nothing more. It's sad. I mean it's McDonalds after all. How hot is the screw up at McDonald's order or food?

This a kind and clean McDonald's if I ever saw one. The staff always serve with a smile and they are always happy to help an unhappy customer. I like to come here on Saturday mornings and watch the Olds eat.

Cant even get an order right even after verifying it at the drive through. The guy in front of me was complaining about the time length we sat in line. I get to window confirm my order to pay the proper price as he was unsure then the second window the lady asks to confirm order and proceeds to tell me the wrong items so I clarify it and then still get the wrong order when I check the bag. Quality of service here sucks, they don't answer the phone and they seem to not know what's going on

** Attention owner(August 16th at about 330- 4 pm)The girl taking orders for the drive thru Friday and working the first window when you pull up to pay has such a stink attitude. I had to explain to her twice that she was charging too much for what I ordered and she couldn't help but get aggravated and give me a attitude when I was just trying to explain my simple order of 4 things on the 2 for 3.99 menu shouldn't cost 15 dollars or 11 dollars. After 2 minutes of going back and forth arguing with her she finally got the order right. Then I pulled up and the order was wrong lol. This is crazy unprofessional to act like that dealing with customers let alone jacking the price of the order up by 7 dollars. The owner of this franchise needs to take this serious because you can't have someone with a attitude working the window and up charging people's orders because she can't figure it out. Wasn't going to say anything but the fact she got pissy at me by calling her out on the price had me kinda ticked off for the rest of the night. Any other person I deal with at the window because I go there after work 4 days a week and order the same thing gets the order right and doesn't have a attitude.
