recently this place was closed down for St. Patty's weekend because of to many Fights...their liquor license was also suspended at 10:30 meaning they can't sell liquor after 10:30 p.m...STAY AWAY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE..TOO MANY DRUNKS AND FIGHTS !!!

Gleaming hardwood throughout this clean and bright establishment. The owner gives it his all with an always friendly word or two, and his staff is exceptional with their work ethic . These are the friends you just haven't met yet. We loved everything we ordered on the menu, and it was also very affordable. This is a popular place with the locals for a reason, it's excellent.

I order takeout here quite a bit. The pizza is very good 50 percent of the time. I think it depends on the cook. Tonight it was not cooked on the bottom. It's not consistent. I don't care how busy it is, pizza should be cooked the same every time. Crispy

Pizza and a McGillicuddys. On a visit to the south shore to see an old friend, we opted to walk down the street to this institution. Dave was right on the money with his rating on the bar pie. BLT pizza? Amazing. Buffalo chicken? So good. No frills, good service and recently renovated bathrooms. Will always remember my first neat McGillicuddy. Go here.

The staff was very attentive and friendly, it's pretty good bar food and the atmosphere is great. I'll stop in next time I'm in the area again

Bar service is excellent Juliette best bar keep. Small little bar typical bar food very Edible. They have music, pool table plenty TV for sports. Great place for lunch not very busy. 👍👍

Had high hopes on pizza after seeing Portnoy review. Disappointing. Maybe it wasnt the prime time pizza guy maker as it was Saturday at 1:00 pm. Big thumbs down
