Absolutely disgusting. Spent $45 on a large steak and cheese, breadsticks, and mozzarella sticks. All ice cold Sub was skimpy. Sub had more mayo than meat (and that's no exaggeration). Like 3 tablespoons of meat and equal amount of mayo slapped on the hinge of the poorly sliced bread. The Breadsticks (large) was cut into 30 slices that varried in size and angle. Pure disrespect and disregard for the customer/customers. Never ordering from there again. The cook should be fired....

I just watched a movie based on a true story about God’s miracles. I had to pick up my dad who recently has been diagnosed with Throat Cancer. He wanted to treat my mom and I to a pizza, so I ordered from my favorite place, Papa Gino’s. He gave me $25 and the order came up to $22.46. I asked if I had enough for a drink, which I didn’t. The sales associate found a 20% coupon. I had enough for a drink and received change back. I was reminded that miracles are an Act of God’s Goodness chasing after us on a daily basis multiple times throughout the day for those who believe. There are no such things as coincidences, but there are many wonder working miracles. May God Bless you exceeding and abundantly above all you can ask for according to his will, riches and glory.

Never again! Last time I got a pizza here there was a hair on a small green pepper pizza that cost me too much money! The green peppers were all old and had turned they were chopped up in small pieces! I found a brown hair in the middle of the pizza! I will NOT be back!

A complicated order in need of accommodations was handled with efficiency, kindness and professionalism by the staff of this store. An order to a nearby rehab center required extra attention and special requests for payment and delivery. The manager Kayla offered not only outstanding customer service but a thoughtful empathy given the circumstances surrounding this order . Her leadership helped a potentially difficult order go smoothly. The service was exemplary, including Mark ,the delivery man who took the extra step to call and let the recipient know it had arrived promptly at the destination ..
In a day when true customer service is nearly nonexistent, it was a pleasure to do this transaction at this shop. The accommodations would not have been better at a 5 star restaurant. Next time you want a pizza , order from the Washington Street Shop. Thank you Kayla and staff for making an upsetting situation right with your outstanding skills and kindness.

I ordered take out on 7/16/25 Inorders chicken parm. I got three baby chicken tenders as the chick parm?!?! No chicken breast. No cheese, very disappointed as I was really looking forward to a good dinner! They were also training someone who has zero clue and they were yelling at her! It was not a very good experience at all, the new employee was horrified! When I went to pay I asked if he could break a 100. Bill. Manager says no problem . My change was 83.44 I got 60 back in 5 Dollar bills and .44 cents. Shorted me 20. Dollars! I told him to count the change he just gave me, he did and realized he shorted me 20. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!
