Off the get: THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH.
Ignoring that it's REALLY weird to outright deny any form of digital payment in [CURRENT YEAR], I think every single place up this section of street has an ATM, and there's a bank down on the corner next to 7-Eleven. Just fair warning.
I had a lovely conversation with the owner while waiting for my food, but it was clear that we were having problems understanding each other. Despite that, she just kept wanting to chat with me. It was absolutely dead that night because it was late and a holiday, so nobody was out. So I think she was just bored? I really can't blame her; so was I. It's why I was even there at all. xD
The food was...okay? I've had better lo mein and way better egg foo yung, but I've also had way WAY worse crab rangoon. My main complaint was that it was just...WAY too much food. I know that's like...part and parcel whenever you order Chinese but...JEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ it was an avalanche of noodles in a single box. A single order of egg foo yung fed me for three days -- and I notoriously have a bottomless stomach. The crab rangoon was gone before I got home (I live across the street lol) and the lo mein went bad before I finished it because there was just...TOO MUCH for one person to eat alone.
Maybe I'm an idiot for ordering three different dishes of Chinese food for JUST me, but holy hells I didn't expect to have one of the MAIN DISHES go actually rancid in my fridge because it took so long for me to get through it. IT WAS A SINGLE BOX. WHAT DO YOU MEAN THERE'S STILL HALF LEFT AFTER FOUR DAYS OF LUNCHES???
So yeah. Definitely not a single-eater place if you order anything other than the combo plates. But I only spent $30 for all of that, not counting the tip. So like...that's fair I guess? I should've frozen half of it...jklfdjal;jfl;dajfda

Service is nice. Always get what I ask for. The food is very good. It can take a little time to be ready, but really, not bad.
Parking: Parking is hard. To park, go on to Commercial street. There is free parking on the street but there is a walk down hill.

I was a long time customer of Peking Kitchen - it was the only Chinese food place we'd go to because it was SO GOOD. Everyone knew our names and we knew theirs. Sadly about a year or so ago, the quality took a dive. We kept going back hoping it was just a weird period of time but it kept getting worse - sometimes becoming inedible. The staff are lovely and the food used to be the best around - I still crave it! I hope they address whatever changed so we can get back in there. We miss it!
The only good experience I had was I had a cordial delivery driver. It was my first time ordering from here and honestly I won't order from here again as I didn't like the taste of the food at all. I did a big order so not all of it was bad but a big portion of it was just tasted to tangy and indifferent. Never will order from here again. Sorry if you were once good maybe look into going back to it ok.

Sorry this place sucks, got General Tsos and the chicken wasn’t crispy at all and it just tasted like chicken nuggets, for $16 too what a ripoff, will not be back.

I have been a customer for over 14 years. The last order of bone in spareribs was burned so bad they were unedible. It was freezing cold out and I was sick or I would have brought them back. I took a picture and went to speak to them a few days later. I was told because I didn't call that day there was nothing they could do. I didn't do anything that day because I was hungry, angry, and didn't feel well. Once you take the food home you shouldn't have to go back out and take it back. I thought as a customer for years they would make good on it. WRONG..not good business. Is it necessary to check the food before you leave? Shouldn't be!

Wow, that was forgettable. Mushy, flavorless and overpriced fare.

Not one for negative reviews but have been eating here my entire life. It's def not been the same the last year or two. Food always tastes slightly off. No flavor on teriyaki or crab Rangoons. When I called in my order and they said two minutes I wasn't feeling optimistic. I was right.
Very helpful ordering gluten free dishes. Delicious food and reasonable prices.

First time I’ve ordered and this is the worst!! Lo mein had NO flavor, burnt crab rangoon with only cream cheese and Oyster sauce was light brown and NO flavor! Never wanted to add salt and seasoning to Chinese! Waste of $35
Inconsistent..Great for your typical pupu platter but their general gaus chicken is awful, their beef and mushroom is bland and watery. Lo mien and fried rice are good. Hard to mess those up. Hate that it's cash only. For some place local I will use them for pupu platters but thats it.
Ordered orange flavored chicken. Instantly made my stomach hurt, food taste was equally as bad. Won't be going back
Ten minutes! Cash only!I love this local favorite!
Loved the food!!
