Giving 4 stars because they usually do well here, I come here all the time since I work next door. Lots of new people always training, so things can be chaotic. But today really annoyed me. I ordered a kids nacho. When it came time for the protein, I asked what the flavored steak was. The girl told me mango habanero, and I said okay, ill get the beef. She talked me into sampling it, so I chose it. Time for the register, the woman charges me for a mini bowl and a soda. I told her...
the supervisor Karen and team member Jim B were spectacular. Jim was polite and attentive in service and Karen was very helpful in using my T Mobile reward when the app wasn’t working. Despite the impatience of other customers in line, my experience was delightful and the food was spectacular. did not receive a receipt to fill out the survey so i’m putting it here thank you guys!!
