Honest Review of Santa Fe in Weymouth
I really wanted to love this place because I’m a huge fan of Mexican food, but unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed. The food was okay—not memorable, but decent enough. However, the service and cleanliness were serious letdowns.
After ordering, I had to ask three times for utensils, only to be met with attitude. The utensils bin was empty (see pictures), and after an eight-minute wait—yes, I counted—they finally brought them out. And no, the restaurant wasn’t busy.
Cleanliness was another issue (again, see pictures). A little extra attention to detail could go a long way in making this place more inviting.
Maybe I caught Santa Fe on a bad day at a bad time, but great restaurants shine no matter what. I truly hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve because I’d love to give it another shot—just with better service, cleaner surroundings, and a more welcoming atmosphere.

Got food poisoning from this place last night. Up all night going through it! Knew the burrito tasted a bit strange after a few bites. I a te here several times and never had this problem. Good luck

If you order online they will not put Queso in your burrito they charge you a extra 2 dollars for no reason this has happned to me 3 times in a row now place sucks

I thought I was unlucky for a few times now, especially on a Monday when their burritos are $5.00, but no, it happened again. Majority of chicken in my burrito bowl was very chewy, soft, and fat. Gross! No wonder my stomach hurts every single time I take a burrito bowl. I’ll stop going as I don’t see this changing. This is for the Weymouth location.
