Super unorganized. No help and bad attitude from manager when asked her for instructions on an order pickup. The atmosphere? Picture you had 15 dogs, its feeding time and every dog sits there and wait until their name is called to get their piece of meat. No lie that's how it was. So was the location at belmont st brockton ma. Westgate mall location. I see why dunkin donuts has so many customers.

The most professionaly operated starbucks in the entire national enterprise. Why? People like Rayna whose positive engaging personality made a friendly first impression. That was followed up by an acknowledgement from Madison, the deserving award winning manager. She obviously runs a tight super clean ship. The captain Madisons culture of excellence is mirrored by the entire crew. Last but not least was the interaction with Phoenix who greeted my wife and i while enjoying the outdoor seating. Overall an over-the-top 5 star experience.

The weymouth starbucks is one of the best in the area. Friendly faces and helpful staff, since the remodel this place has become a much better starbucks experience than before. This location is always busy but I get top quality service and drinks every time. The young male manager is awesome always working and always has a smile on his face! Props to the weymouth starbucks!!

Order 3 things from online to pick up in store through starbuck app but forget to put order for pupcup. I went to pick up and say hey, can you get me pupcup i forget to put it in, i can pay for it if anything. The lady at pick up said to me to go order pupcup at the cashier which is very long line! I was like are you kidding me just for one pupcup? Seriously???? Not make any sense that is why this location just get 3 stars even worst!

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks stores. Every so often drinks we order consistently are not made correctly and when you call to address it, there’s no accountability and an apology may follow only after repeating that what you ordered is not what you received.
At end of a complaint they will say “well the next time you come in, let us know and we’ll make you another drink.” When you ask how that will be assured as the staff are different depending on when you go, “oh well let our team know.”
The reviews aren’t consistent with the experience here.

-Poor ambience
-Poor workflow given location setting being in the middle of a small retail plaza. This store has no drive-through for how slow and inefficient the workflow is.

I ordered ahead through the app, a coffee and a sandwich. When I got to the store I was handed my coffee and a gift card/store credit. I was told they were out of the sandwich (then why could I order it?) and that I could use the card to order a different one. I didn’t want a different one and I didn’t have time to go through the ordering and waiting process as I was on my way to work (that’s why I ordered on the app). I didn’t have time to complain about receiving a gift card and not my money back.

Starbucks very obviously has the technical capability of refunding your card or cash if necessary, but they choose not to because you’ve already spent that money there and they don’t want to give it back. They know customers who order ahead are on their way to work and don’t have time to stand around and wait or argue about this crappy practice.

I have gone back to Starbucks once since this and it was only to get my free drink. When you don’t have the product that was promised you should either automatically refund the method used to purchase that product or you should ask the customer their preference. Absolutely nobody would prefer a gift card to their own cash back, so that’s why they don’t do it.

If you’re in a hurry, this is the best Starbucks to go to! The workers take only 30 minutes for 3 drinks! Highly recommend, love the urgency. They really take their time with their craft. So worth being late.

The rudest meanest people ever! Apparently when you first walk in the door that’s where you pick up orders, not actually order, so the girl ignored me and continued to text on her personal phone. When I asked if I could order she told me “use my eyes” to see I was standing in the wrong spot. Trevor the manager asked me if I wanted to go order or just complain. Unreal
