The drinks are ok at this location, but something's gotta be done about their time. It has happened on several occasions, we wait for 15-20 minutes for 1 or 2 drinks while 10 online orders are being made, yet we are the only guests in the store.

Came to this Starbucks after placing a mobile order which I was charged for my order. The order was not visible in the app but the card was reloaded and the amount for my order was taken out. The manager was called over and with an extreme attitude told me I needed to call the 1-800 number as there was nothing she could do for me. I said “ok that’s fine” and continued to place my order. The manager snapped her head back and said in a demeaning aggressive tone “I don’t know what you want there is nothing I can do for you” and had an awful look on her face. This reaction was unwarranted as I had accepted and understood there was nothing she could do and continued to place an order. Overall, very poor customer service. So disappointing to see this manager have such an extreme emotional reaction and responded in such a negative manner to something so minute. Especially in front of her colleagues and a store full of customers. Terrible experience- this manager needs training and therapy. Do better!

Awful experience. constantly the same story with this place. Ordered via app and it misleadingly says 6 minutes. 25 minutes later two of the four drinks are ready and no food. At least 30 people waiting and a number of drinks unattended.

Great friendly staff who always seem to remember my order. Unfortunately, the new parking lot stinks....spaces are too tight and configuration is awkward. I forsee early morning fender benders during the height of the morning

Poor customer service even from the manager. Why are many Starbucks going down the drain? Facelift in progress but that doesn’t change the poor quality. Will not come to again.

Well first, I ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Machiatto, it was amazing, but looked different from the CT, one, but it tasted the same. The service was amazing! The ambiance, I was going to walk into the door, but this nice lady let me go, then in line she let my go in front of her, Weymouth Starbucks Coffee is amazing. And the cake pop, the Owl one when I took a bite it was really soft, but good!

i like their cold brew but sometimes its sold out. They have some good sandwiches. There is always a long wait. I''ll stick with Dunks drivethrough.

Staff are nice, thats about it because the drinks are not made consistently the same. I order my usual the same way every morning and they make it different every time i go in. Then when I show them my order and how its made they tell me its me how i ordered it. Correct i ordered it I know exactly how i ordered, and whats worst I watched them make the same drink 3 times in a row wrong before they finally make the correct one because I showed them how i wanted it done as i ordered it. They finally pay attention to a Very simple order not complex. Not sure why each barista have their own way of making drinks a and a standard operating procedure. This store is the epitome of their own way of making it. Ill be going to other Starbucks but the quality of service has dropped significantly in this southern boston area.

Easily one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I no longer visit this location as it is a waste of time. A simple iced americano on a weekday morning can take anywhere from 30-45 minutes... yes you read that correct. The orders here are frequently incorrect and completely backed up. The staff is chronically overwhelmed as it appears there is some kind of incentive to not schedule adequately during peak hours, run by poor management. This location is simply still in operation based on the reputation of the "Starbucks" name. The floorpan of this location is also poorly planned and not well thought out add to mass confusion on a daily basis.
