Worst Subway experience. Faced discrimination from a young white female(girl) worker in customer service today. I never received my online order. I stand there. She kept telling me, "It's not for you yet," even as she served people who arrived later than me. I repeatedly asked about my order, but her response remained the same. Does this mean I should keep waiting while others get served first? After waiting for 30 minutes, I finally walked away and canceled my order. Does this store hire employees without proper training or consideration for customers?

Girl at the counter Friday 12:30 PM was super sweet and made my sandwich quickly. I was having a bad day but her smiling kind attitude cheered me up a lot. It’s really rare to find good customer service but she brought it in a huge way.

Consistently reliable for a Subway fix, this store delivers on good food every time. However, it's worth noting that they have a policy of not accepting any coupons or offers provided by Subway. This has been the case for quite some time now. While it's a bit disappointing that this option isn't available, it's not deterring us from sticking with this store. The food quality remains commendable, and hygiene is well maintained. Despite this minor hiccup, the overall experience is still a positive one.

Absolute worse service I have experienced in a small chain dining venue. Employee didn't even ask what type of bread we'd prefer, didn't toast our bread even though it was requested. Rang up the subs the wrong prices and over charged an extra 19$ dollars to the total. If you don't know how to do your job you shouldn't be left alone to handle it. I get it, if you are new it's confusing shame on managment to leave her alone. Overall had to call manager and get refunded my $19.00.

I don't usually leave reviews but I want to commend the gentleman the works at the Weymouth location located in the Walmart at 740 Middle Street in Weymouth,MA.My brother had a stroke that has left him mostly non-verbal and this gentleman was so kind and patient with taking his order, so nice in fact it made me tear up.Not only did he make my brothers sandwich exactly how he wanted he made him smile.. both of those are hard to accomplish these days with him being non-verbal.It's kindness and patience like that you don't see often enough and your company should be so proud to have him.Thank you! ?
