I'll attempt to keep this constructive and will say I'm never compelled to leave a review - and here I am. Like others have recently shared - this restaurant was my goto Thai food spot here on the south shore. I haven't been in about 6 months and something changed with the food in a bad way. I could get into the details and will spare you all. What needs to be said is that Sweet Lemons needs to get back to doing it the way they used to to get the rating they currently have as they dont deserve this rating anymore. I'll be driving a little further for a bit and check back in here in a couple months. Thai Bar Shi is right up the street and I've often not bothered to order from there but I may have to until such time as Sweet Lemons gets back to making their food closer to how it used to be. The most disappointing dish was the Kra Pow chicken... just do it right.. Fingers crossed whatever happened can be resolved.

So disappointed in our Sweet Lemons take out food tonight. We have ordered food from here for years and it’s always delicious. I believe they have changed ownership since we last ordered and I am sad to say I don’t think I will be returning. They used a different noodle for their pad Thai (closer to a spaghetti noodle) instead of the flat rice noodle. Their Panang Curry with beef which was always so flavorful and robust lacked both flavor and beef. We had to search for extremely small pieces of beef in it as it was basically all green beans and peppers with a watery sauce. The basil flavored stir fry with chicken didn’t have one piece of basil in it nor could you taste any real seasoning or spice. It also lacked flavor and the sauce was greasy. The online menu and the written menu in the restaurant says the main dishes come with rice but I was told that is no longer true. (Although he did give rice to me before I left with my to go order so I guess they made good on that). All in all disappointed enough to look for a new Thai spot.

The Chili Fried rice and Pad Thai was amazing. The fried noodles probably aren't a favorite, but everything else is outstanding. Reasonable prices and a relaxing atmosphere, we will be back the next time we are in the area.

This restaurant used to be my goto Thai place in weymouth. Food used to super good. Recently visited again and quality and taste degraded from what it used to be. Food is greasy and no right amount of salt in any the foods ordered. Food prep time is quick. Other than that there is nothing much to say about this place.

This place is awesome. I don't necessarily like everything on their menu, but the things that I like are awesome. I am pescatarian and not a fan of their meals that contain eggs for some reason (I usually like eggs but not when cooked a certain way), but so far their foods that don't contain eggs are all good to me. I like their spicy basil sauce. My favorite meal is their spicy eggplant. If you have tried one meal and didn't like it, I do recommend you give them a second chance. The place is very relaxing, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. They have a big menu and I am going to try more of their foods.
