Tavern in the Square - Weymouth

The food is very good. I really liked the Sesame salmon bowl. Drinks were delicious. Pineapple smoke show was great if you like a smoky taste.

Food is really good everytime and the service is excellent. It is a little pricy for what you get however. We certainly visit there at least once every 2 months.

Tavern is always o e of our go to spots for good food and service. We ordered Whipped Feta app and it was delicious. Main meals were bowls and they did not disappoint. Portions are generous enough we took 1/2 home for lunch. Our server Athena was top notch!

The food was delicious! Great to have a fun local restaurant to add into our rotation. Loved it will be back soon!

We were very disappointed last night when we went to Tavern in the Square for dinner. We ordered the Bang Bang Broccoli for an appetizer. It was very greasy and the sauce was way to sweet. We ordered "medium rare" steak tips for dinner. They came with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. Most of the tips were cooked well done, the "potatoes" were instant potatoes from a box and the broccoli wasn't seasoned. Our waitress was a zombie. No personality at all. Horrible experience.

Great service, on time, good value. Very happy with everything and we'll definitely be back!

The restaurant overall has a great ambience, and vibe. The was great and efficient. The Smokin' Tots and Chicken Avocado Club were delicious!

Have visited several different Tavern on the Square locations and the food & service are always superb. This was our first visit to the Weymouth location and we were a bit disappointed with the food. The biggest problem was two of us ordered our steak medium and the steak slices were so rare we couldn't cut them. The waitress took a sampling of the rare slices on a side plate to show the manager. The manager returned with those same pieces seared. I have never seen this - taking food that was already served to customers put back on grill and then returned. We didn't eat it - since unclear how many hands the meat had passed through.

Came here to celebrate Mother's Day and nurses week with my fam. Excellent food and service as always! Special thank you for the support to nurses!! Will be coming again soon.

I brought my mother and daughter here for Mother's Day. It was a lovely atmosphere and they gave use little tea candles to go home with as a Mother's day gift. The crab cake Benedict brunch special was delicious.

This is a great place to watch sports with a 360 degree bar and tvs everywhere. There is ample seating of booths, high tops, tables and although it was crowded the noise level was moderate. I love the pub food here. We had fried pickles, loaded tots and whipped feta as appetizers and korean chicken sandwich (spicy), fish and chips, a steak sandwich and a burrata sandwich. Everything was delicious Our server was attentive and nice as was the bar staff

Food and service were exceptional. And they celebrated nurses week with a free app for nurses. How cool is that??

Small plate buffalo cauliflower app we shared was very good. My husband had a tavern burger that he really liked and my chopped Greek salad with chicken was delicious. The dessert menu only offered a few things so we declined on that. The waitress checked on us the correct number of times and was friendly and knowledgeable

Food is outstanding as always. Blueberry Monkey bread was amazing on Easter Brunch. Server disappeared for long periods of time and it wasn't that busy by 2:45 reservation. I give the service a 7. Food a 10+
