Unique atmosphere. Very tasty food. Attentive service. I ordered the local greens, pasta bolognaise, and carrot cake. Delicious.

We were very disappointed with the quality of food, with what the cook called a Greek salad- it probably costs $1 per person. Pasta was made with canned tomato sauce- totally bland. The only good thing was the desert. The atmosphere is not so bad but it costs $50+ per person! A poor waiter took all the insults directed to the owner and the cook. Sorry for the young man- but I felt I was robbed.
Tips for the cook:
Add oregano, basil, garlic, onion and pancetta to the sauces
Greek salad: red onion, pepper, tomato, cucumber, large feta cheese pieces, oregano, basil, olive oil. NO LETTUCE, ever! My guess is the owner, the cook, the waiter don't have passport yet. My advise- Travel to Italy and research. It is not all about making profit of poor guests - your restaurant food was not made with love.
Thank you.

The 2nd annual pop-up was fun. A good prix fixe menu for lunch with great service by Anthony.

Food was fantastic and Christmas decorations so beautiful. Service was not so great , inexperienced maybe ? Not sure if rush to go back . The Christmas theme was nice and one would think family oriented, taking kids seemed to be a bother for staff .

We went for the holiday vibe. It was a very unique experience. The decorations were nice. The food was not too bad but rather on the pricey side. I got a margarita was on the weak and small for the price. The bread they bring to the table was delicious. The parking is a little odd. Overall a nice experience. I would recommend trying it.

I visited during my Christmas vacation, having heard it was a lovely place to visit during the holiday season. There were five of us in our party. My primary concern was the service. The waiter was inattentive to our table and, when presenting the bill, simply left it without a word. Half of the time we were talking to him, he was walking away and not even looking at us. This was quite discourteous; he did not return to our table. The food was satisfactory, though not exceptional, but I have no complaints about it. However, I must say the decorations were pleasing, and I enjoyed the ambiance.

Came here to see the Christmas decorations. Made a reservation 3 months in advance so figured this place must be phenomenal. The decorations were gorgeous and gave a cozy little Christmas vibe. The staff were also very nice. The food is in desperate need of salt and garlic and onion and rosemary and really any seasoning at all. It has no flavor. The bolognese dish was a generous portion, which is a shame it wasn’t good. I’m bringing the leftovers home to try to fix it so I don’t waste the money and throw it out. Side note, when you walk in, the hostess stand is past the bar. I was confused which door to use and there was no “Enter Here” sign. Better signage inside and out in the parking lot would be helpful.
Parking: The parking lot is two doors down from the restaurant and you go up the street to get there. It would be helpful if there was a sign with an arrow pointing you to the right direction.

Atmosphere was great, staff was great, martini was great. Food wise, the fra diavlo was very blah. Every bite bite had an odd taste, an odd pungent taste is all i can describeit as. I couldn't finish. The Bolognese had a good meaty sauce but zero flavor. Having use salt and pepper on it quite a bit.

We had been to the Venetian way back and loved it. We actually bought their sauce by the pint. We had not been there in quite some time and saw this holiday theme outside. We never go out for New Years. This was the first time in our 30 years of marriage. The inside was also decorated very nicely. Festive. Songs of Christmas throughout. Our Hostess was very nice and polite and were seated quite promptly for our 7:15 reservation. We started with two drinks and 3 appetizers. The arancini, meatballs and the garlic bread. The arancini were not very good. They had very little taste and being from an Italian family I have had them quite frequently both out and at family gatherings. The meatballs (3) were actually good. Shaved cheese sat upon the tops of them. The garlic knots were a horrible. Not one taste of garlic. They may as well have been plain bread that we paid for that came with a dipping cup of sauce which had very little taste as well. The Entrees. We both ordered the Chicken Parmesan and ordered another round of drinks to go with them. I got the Limoncello spritz which was very good. My wife ordered the Espresso Martini. Also good. HOWEVER, the entrees were and I am putting it nicely. Something that tasted as if it came out of a high school cafeteria. The chicken had NO taste. The breading was bland and the chicken was luke warm at best. That went for both our meals. We had been "pre-warned by our server that the reason for our dinner taking so long was because we were sandwiched between to big tables". The spaghetti was over cooked and mushy and luke warm. The sauce. No flavor! My wife saw the table behind us get served and their spaghetti was steaming hot. She could see the actual steam coming from the plate. They were also served bread. Something we did not get. After leaving spending over $200 for a dinner for 2. I would never recommend here. I am just being honest as I rarely leave poor reviews but you would do better at a chain restaurant.

Our overall experience was decent, but the food was somewhat lackluster if that make sense. The carbonara & chicken Alfredo could use a bit more seasoning and lacked the rich, creamy flavor. We enjoyed our appetizers (Caesar Salad & Calamari) and the Christmas decorations though!
Also, the service was decent, but I felt that our server was ignoring our table sometimes, especially when everyone was finished and waiting on the check.
I’d go again specifically for the Christmas/ New Years holiday. Probably once a year.

As multiple other reviews state, the hostess is miserable and it really puts a damper on the entire experience each time we come to The Venetian and need to interact with her. Won’t be returning.

Went here on New Year’s Eve because of a number of articles we saw in local newspapers about the Christmas decorations which were quite amazing providing a very festive holiday dining experience. That being said, the food was unremarkable. The first course Caesar Salad was lightly dressed and lacking in flavor The entrees were average at best. The desserts were tiny cannolis, and small slices of tasty but stingy portions of tiramisu cake. This might have been fine except for an outrageous $50 per person price for the fixe prixe menu. The bill for a three course luncheon meal with drinks came to $270.00 which was grossly overpriced. My guess is that you could likely get a better quality three course meal at a nice Italian restaurant without the over the top, garish Christmas decorations for about half the price. A nice holiday dining experience but hardly worth the price.

The decorations were really pretty but unfortunately you have to pay 50/person even when you have small children. The menu is only a few options with no modifications allowed so my 5 year old had nothing to eat and we still had to pay $50 for her. Something to know before you book as we would not have if we knew this. Our waiter was not friendly either. We felt rushed and they even cleared our drinks before we finished them. I do not like to write a bad review but we looked forward to this lunch for so long and it was a let down. Online looks like a “must do” but it really is not.
