Customer service is terrible. The toppings were stale and many weren’t even available as they were empty. My son got sprinkles on his ice cream that were impossible to eat as they were as hard as a rock, and the woman at the counter would not let him get a new yogurt without sprinkles - “it’s just how they are”, well, not if you didn’t buy cheap ones. Rude customer service plus poor product!!!
