a friend of mines ordered the “How to train a dragon meal” along with zesty sauce. we didn’t know what it came with entirely. The dude gives us a crumpled bag that only had the dragon burger, fries & a lemonade; & never gave us the frosty & mozzarella fries & the zesty sauce. we didn’t know what came in the meal, due to neither of US never seeing the “ad” so I take him back through the drive-thru & he asks for the missing zesty sauce. Robyn said it’ll be 0.30 for the sauce an she went to radio in the other dude asking him “did you put the sauce in the bag” he obviously lied an proceeded to try to charge us until I said “this dude paid $20 for just a burger fries & lemonade & he can’t get a free sauce? & she sighs & gives me the one zesty sauce to give to him. Robyn needs to be fired. She’s literally making that Burger King on 1141 Providence Rd, Whitinsville, MA 01588 Lose Customers. She needs to be fired! She’s been like this for years & every experience I’d had with her was unwelcoming & uncomfortable !

6/9/2025 at 13:20: I was using the bathroom at Burger King in Whitesville, when someone knocked on the door multiple times. I responded each time to let them know it was occupied. Despite that, on the third knock, the door was banged on aggressively. When I stepped outside, the manager approached me and said it was him banging. I told him that behavior was unacceptable and that no one should be banging on a door like that—especially after being told someone was inside.

I ordered dinner and presented my coupon for a free Fry that I got from the coupons I purchased from there up-charge for hungry kids previous weeks before. I presented the coupon at the window and Robyn REFUSED to take it, she was so rude and told me I needed to tell them about my coupon at the speaker when making my order and that she would not be accepting said coupon and closed the window on me while I was speaking and told me “sorry ma’am you didn’t place it at the speaker so I won’t accept it” we all know she could have taken it but choose not to. Top it off my order was wrong.. This location is trash and has the worst customer service. I’ve never had 1 good experience here, I don’t know why I’ve continued to come back, but this for-sure will be my last.

Management was very rude. I can’t stand when they try to up my order. When I order and state I only want a whopper jr and then try to upscale me it’s very frustrating. When I pick up my order the heavy set female manager practically through it at me and left, no you rule or anything.
