I have to say how much I appreciate this Dunkin. I’ve been coming here since they opened. They always make my coffee correct and my coldbrew is always coldbrew unlike other locations. They’re also usually very fast. This is a Dunkin I can depend on!!!

I’m only giving five stars for the morning employees they do absolutely great they’re quick and they always make the coffees correct I spend a good $25 a day times three sometimes and the night crew is constantly closing machines down too early. I put a on the go order in at 8:40 PM and I got to the store at 8:49 PM and the employee insisted on telling me that she wasn’t making my coffees nor giving me a refund that I had to speak to the manager the next morning, and I said absolutely not. I just spent a lot of money And the machines aren’t supposed to be shut off this early. I’ve never had a problem before and she literally argued with me and finally decided to make my coffee. I got three large, frozen coffees and none of them were filled. I will be talking to the manager about this The morning crew is great. Love them.

Left me sitting in the drive thru for 10 mins behind a car cause they knew the person and decided to chit chat at the window. And coffee was made terrible. Tasted burnt and had like 4 ice cubes in it. Morning crew is great, night crew not so much.

Excellent service everytime, food and drink are always good. Couldnt get served at the desk due to short staff, was kiosk and drive thru only. I hope that doesnt become a common occurrence

Went in no one waiting inside and no one in the drive thru waited at counter no one acknowledged me or said be right with you. After a couple a minutes I walked out. Maybe need to train their people how to greet customers.

Terrible service. Just an awful experience, would never EVER recommend. Do yourself a favor and save your money. I asked for a Blue raspberry colada and they messed up multiple times by putting whipped cream on top even I said not too. And they also gave me a strawberry frosted doughnut instead of a vanilla....0/10 wouldn't recommend

Don't you love it when you ask for condiments and they be like it's in the bag..? They act like they're getting paid to skimp on ketchup. Obviously it's not in the bag!
In the morning this is the greatest Dunkin’s in the world. However, at night it is ALWAYS a terrible experience. Like just now I get to the drive through at 850 and no one answers the drive thru so I went inside and whoever was working (short girl with short blonde hair) tells me they’re closed. I work 3rd shift this is the soonest I can get here and I only order a coffee this is absolutely ridiculous.2/6 8:57PM

Stopped coming there for a while because my coffee was always made wrong and I’d have to go get it fixed.. it’s been a few months and now I go back again and it’s the same thing again except the coffee is always burnt.. I just wanna wake up and get my morning coffee to start my day that’s all.. so again I don’t think I’m be getting coffee from here anymore..P.s some of the workers are really great ? forgot to mention that..

I just want to thank the drive thru crew for all they do to guarantee orders are correct. The staff person today at the window was excellent, before she asked for my payment she went over my order, checked me out and then reiterated my order as she handed it out the window to me. That's what I call an employee who is customer service related.
