Have been there a couple of times now and have had mixed experiences. The first time, I had to cancel my order because they didn't accept debt, though they do now. Most recently, I purchased a dozen bagels and some cream cheese. My only pet peeves is when I was at the counter waiting, there were two attendants and neither one greeted me or came to take my order. There was only one other person in the shop and no one at the drive thru. The bagels and cream cheese were fairly good, though the blueberry bagels were not fully cooked because they were small and dense. Just didn't leave me with the feeling like I want to go back there which is unfortunate because I love good authentic bagels. Will give it a try again sometime. Maybe it was just a bad day.

This place is a pretty awesome little coffee place. They have some nice choices for lunch now as well. I almost always get a breakfast sandwich and it's always delicious. And the coffee that they use is one of the best I've had. Highly recommended.

Fantastic coffee! Quiet place with delicious iced coffee options. The hot options were much more limited. The furniture was comfortable and we were able to relax and chat. The staff were helpful and it was a nice spot for an afternoon coffee.

The service was fine, but New England brand coffee is not really considered gourmet coffee. It was already brewed and sitting in a pot, same as at a convenience store. No espresso here.
