Driver didn’t listen when he was told how to find my house…the manager hung up on me when I called to make a complaint

We just needed to come here to say… EMIEL deserves 6 stars and I wish I could add an extra every time he delivers here. He is a party! My kids and I - even our 90 pound dogs look forward to his happy face and amazing energy more than we do the pizza! Emiel for President 2024!

Our delivery driver at 2030 Boston Road in Wilbraham, MA is the most enthusiastic, friendly & happy customer service associate I have ever encountered. From any and all fast food chain as well as dine in restaurants. When I picked up from the store and when we had delivery, we got the same upbeat and genuine service!! I can say that all of the associates at this location are perfect examples of how customer service associates should be. I would never order from another Domino’s location!

I ordered pizza “Deluxe” when I got home and opened the box I found that there was no pizza. There was a dough with cheese and sauce. Are you serious? Is this a joke?

There were 3 boxes of gloves on the counter near the dough and not one employee had a pair on they were just handling peoples orders with bare hands. That is not ok I asked them why they weren’t using the gloves and their response was employee #1 oh we wash our hands and employee #2 said don’t worry the oven temp is over 450 degrees nothing gets past that like WHAT? REALLY!!! That is disgusting never going there again

I ordered delivery a few times from this location and weirdly they won’t deliver no more manager said it’s outside there delivery range I live 12 minutes away 5.7 miles away this makes no sense at
