It's the worst pizza I've ever tasted in my entire life I thought they'd changed chefs. They just put cheese on it. They don't even cook it properly😤😤😤😤😤😤

Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches, the worse i have ever had should have given it to the birds it was 90% bread. Paid almost $15.00 the order of 2 was not worth $5.00 total, and i wish i had gone to McDonalds could have got 4 McChicken's for less money and would have been 100% more satisfied. If they go out of business they can start by looking at them sandwiches. Owner said leave E-mail to contact me to make things right. NEVER HEARD A WORD FROM HIM, they not only make the worst grinders but it looks like they don't even care. 1st time at a dominoes in about 10 years and it looks like the last.

I ordered online everytime, and food is always to perfection. The drivers ALWAYS!! Very kind , even tho they put up with me 4x a week lol. They’re awesome every last driver has been amazing to deal with!! Thank you always

Pizza was great. Wings were great. Store was super clean. Convenient location. Staff was kind and courteous. Received 15% off just because. What more can I say? 5 stars.

I ordered online from the Wilbraham MA location. I order from them all the time. This particular night the tracker was showing the delivery driver not near my house and then it switched to delivered. I waited about 5 minutes in case it was changed prematurely. I called the store and was placed on hold for almost ten minutes before I hung up and called back. I spoke to a female and told her my food said delivered but it was not. She asked someone where they put the food and the male said outside their door. Then proceeded to say I put the wrong address in. I told the female that I could hear him in the background and that I order from them all the time and the address is correct. She then put me on mute to talk to the person and came back on to say the he dropped it at the clinic next to my house. I asked if she was talking about the animal clinic that is closed? The guy then says in the background “tell her to go get it”. If I wanted carry out I would have ordered and paid that way, not to mention it’s sitting outside in freezing cold weather at a closed building. 100% just lost a customer!

I love coming to this Domino’s pizza store. Everyone is always friendly and the food is always fresh. Definitely a 5 star store!

Driver didn’t listen when he was told how to find my house…the manager hung up on me when I called to make a complaint

11/20/24 i was there and Carlos gave me the perfect pizza! İ told him about my last unpleasant experiences and he helped me! İ appreciate when they care about customer service, thanks a lot again 🩵🩵🩵

We just needed to come here to say… EMIEL deserves 6 stars and I wish I could add an extra every time he delivers here. He is a party! My kids and I - even our 90 pound dogs look forward to his happy face and amazing energy more than we do the pizza! Emiel for President 2024!

Our delivery driver at 2030 Boston Road in Wilbraham, MA is the most enthusiastic, friendly & happy customer service associate I have ever encountered. From any and all fast food chain as well as dine in restaurants. When I picked up from the store and when we had delivery, we got the same upbeat and genuine service!! I can say that all of the associates at this location are perfect examples of how customer service associates should be. I would never order from another Domino’s location!
