I usually get good service in there early in the morning but past 7am it turns too crap in this dunkin I waited 15 min for a coffee that I paid for, and finally had to walk out without the coffee because i was getting frustrated . Very poor management , employees look confused and no order in there process . Looks like Starbucks got a new customer.

Awful service. They cannot handle even medium pace. Had to get a refund because they waited on everybody else behind me and I couldn't even get anyone's attention to complete my order. Definitely not going back!

Absolutely INSANE. I ordered this thru doordash at work this morning for me and my co worker. To my surprise we both bite into our sandwiches to find both have paper melted into the cheese. Terrible food preparation

Went in and the kid barely listened to the order tried to order 6 donuts got 1, so I waited for him to come back, he didn’t. So I said ok I’ll get them when I leave. So I get three whoopie pie donuts when I leave and he throws them all in the same bag and hands me the bag with the filling all over the outside of the bag. It should’ve been put in a box. I try to be kind to food service workers but im paying for the food I don’t want it all over the outside of the bag.

absolutely awful. everytime i go there something happens. today i ordered online using a gift card for the first time. i go inside to pick up my food and i waited for about 20 minutes while the employees just talked to the other customers that they knew (which is fine). i then went up to the counter and asked if my order was being made and they asked for my name then said that they didn’t have an order for me. i showed the lady at the counter my order on my phone and she took it to look at it (also fine) she walked away with my phone and showed the manager or someone in the back, then came back to me and said that i didn’t have enough money on the card. that is very incorrect considering that was the first time i used it and it literally showed that the order went through which means that i had enough money on the card. i ended up walking out with no food, $9 off my $10 gift card, and no offers for help, refunds, or anything else.

I said that I would like the cold brew with sweet cream foam, large. She said is that the cold brew? I said “on the sign it says ‘cold brew with sweet cream foam,’ that is what I want.” She said, “okay, is that the cold brew?” I said that I can only read what the sign says and ask for that drink. I would assume it is a type of cold brew because of the name, but I am not sure. She then got major attitude with me, so I left and did not order. I have had this issue here before, where I read the name of an item directly from the menu and they are not sure what I am ordering. Not sure what to do about it. I go elsewhere when I can.

I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order to be ready.. nobody was at the register, nobody was working on mobile orders, they only cared about the drive thru orders. After 15 minutes of waiting, i got in line to see what was going on. There was only one person in front of me and the cashier was nowhere to be found.. when she finally came over she was so RUDE. I've never had issues with anyone when I go to the drive thru at this dunkin, the drive thru workers are very nice. but the cashiers were soooo incredibly rude. I would never go inside and order. I'll stick to the drive thru, but i'd much rather just go down the street to another dunkin.

Girls working on October 15th 2024 at 945 am were very rude to customers and gossiping about a man named Kevin "being annoying". Very unprofessional, will think twice about going to this dunkin again.
