Suppose to be a family friendly restaurant, this one is terrible. We were standing there with our toddler for 10 minutes, waiting to be seating. They were not even busy. Between the workers swearing at each other and giving each other dirty looks, while ignoring us. We just ended up leaving before we were even seated. Find a different ice cream spot.

The most disgusting, unorganized and lazy employees that have ever seen. This place is a joke and don’t even like to work!!! I went in for dinning at 8:30 pm and they tell me the lobby is closed after waiting a while 30 mins just for them to tell me take out only!!!!! Mind you they don’t close until 10!!!! So I went to another friendlys, mind you in CT when they was close to closing time and they still took me and my family in to sit in. All those young and obnoxious employees are LAZY to the BONE. Then again manager was no where to be found. I will never come here again even if it’s 5 mins from my house.

Our grandchildren love Friendly’s however yesterday , June 2, was such a disappointment. We were greeted and sat. The table was sticky and obviously needed cleaning. The grandchildren made their selection and no one ever came to wait on us. After 25 minutes we left and took the grandchildren elsewhere.

The food was great. I ordered the Fishimajig, it's a fried fish sandwich on Texas toast with tarter sauce. It was ? ?. Plenty of bread there. The fish wasn't small but it needed less bread or more fish to be consistent blending. Service wasn't great and neither was the wait time for the food and the restaurant was definitely not busy

Every time I come here the staff is mostly children. They mess the food up so bad that my family ends up avoiding this place completely for months. When we come in to correct our orders, the staff give an "I don't care" type of attitude. The one adult in the building didn't want to handle the situation. Makes you wonder what's really going on in there. Someone should seriously investigate why there are so many children working here, and why is the one adult incompetent?

The worst customer service. My boyfriend and I nearly waiting 40 minutes to receive our ICE CREAM. Had we not left we would’ve waited longer. Do better. You weren’t “busy” half of the staff was hanging around the kitchen talking not doing anything.

So good food I love how they give so good service and their service and delivery early gets your food wrong and amazing dessert and they also have kids meals witch are also good and love the restaurant

My wife and I went for a sundae. I ordered a banana split and 25 minutes later the waitress came back to inform me they were out of bananas but I could have it without a banana if I wanted...I didn't. My wife ordered a Reese's peanut butter cup sundae with chocolate ice cream. They made it wrong twice. We asked for the check and 10 minutes later after the waitress walked by 3 times we just got up and paid for my ice cream without a check and left. Worst service in any restaurant we've ever had and we eat out quite a bit. Friendly's is no longer on our list. No wonder they are going out of business.

Ordered take out including 2 milkshakes & a soda. Milkshakes came in separate bag which we put directly in freezer while we are our meal. Cuz soup was gross, waffle fries were so hard even dipping in soup didn’t help. Wouldn’t have complained but went to get milkshake and the gave us two two sodas and only one milk shake. Tried to call Norwood, MA location and phone rang & the hung up. Tried calling at least 5 times. Will NEVER go back. This establishment has been going down hill for years but I always give them another chase. Not this time ?
