Went to Krazy Jakes for breakfast at 8:15. Wait staff was very friendly and the food came out timely. Free refills on coffee. The food quality was good and reasonably priced. I had the special which was 2 large pumpkin pancakes which were delicious. Good menu selections for breakfast.

i went to this establishment with my niece, we got here and seemed the place was fine. we got sat in a reasonable amount of time and so did out drinks, and put our order in. then we waited for over 50 minutes for this food. the food was awful. i had to send back pancakes for being hard as a rock, my hasbrown we undercooked and cold. scallops were very tiny and nasty for a 31.00. fellow customers got our food faster than we did and they came in after us. our server was understanding about this but never even checked on us throughout our 50+ minute wait. would no recommend, not coming back.

Have never had issues with the breakfast here, but the lunch left much to be desired. Asked for garlic parmesan wings, received buffalo, when advised of the mixup, was told they were the same thing. Service was subpar, waiter appeared to be in a rush, despite it being empty.
Breakfast is always really good, with the food being great and the staff being friendly, quick, and courteous.

Went here for my birthday with a group of friends and had a great time, the food was excellent especially the fish taco's, fish and chips, Sweet potato fries and prime rib. The waitress was very attentive to our needs and the prices for everything were very good. The inside was very clean and organized and their menu has something for everyone. Definitely going back again.

Visited this establishment on Friday 9/19/2025. Went with 2 children and 1 other adult. Place was pretty packed when we got there. Figured that was good sign. No it really wasn't. We ordered 2 appetizers. Bacon and cheddar kegs and mozzarella sticks. The Bacon/cheddar kegs were cold and the cheese was starting to congeal. The mozzarella sticks were luke warm but edible the marinara was more like tomato paste when I tried it. Got a tall drink which in my experience is double on the alcohol and as I ordered what I have been ording for 25 years it did not have the right amount of whiskey in it. Which fine whatever as this drink was the best part of the evening. For entree's we got 2 orders of whole belly clams a grilled cheese and clam strips. The food was lukewarm at best the clam strips were rubbery and my granddaughter wouldn't touch the grilled cheese. The only half decent part of the meal was the warm fries. Our waitress was nice and took the bacon/cheddar kegs off our bill as we couldn't eat them. After paying we went outside to get 2 cones of ice cream. 1 vanilla and 1 chocolate. Paid by card. waited 10 minutes(there was no one in front of us) for the very nice young lady who waited on us to tell us they were out of chocolate. Okay fine not a big deal it happens my daughter asked for a refund on the chocolate. The young lady said she couldn't do that(which is understable as it's probably above her pay grade) So, she went to ask the manager to do it. The manager sent this girl back to us and I am going to guess berated her as she was close to tears and asked if we wanted a different kind. My daughter said no I would like a refund and I would like to talk to the manager as I am not paying for something I am not receiving. This sweet young lady went to get said manager and at this point the girl was holding back the tears! NOT COOL!!! The manager seemed put out about giving us a refund for something we weren't receiving and did not even say anything to us. We waited another 10 minutes after this for this poor child to come back to us to tell us they had no vanilla ice cream. Asked for a refund as they didn't have what we wanted. The manager comes over again with attitude trying to get us to get a different flavor and my daughter said no I would like a refund and the manager said all snarky like of course you do. Do not recommend this place at all. The manager working that night should be fired for the way she treated the young lady at the ice cream window. Or take a class on how to manage people. On Sunday morning my daughter received a fraud alert from her bank because they tried to charge her for the icecream we did not get

Paid waited 10 minutes to be told they were out of chocolate ice cream(no big deal) nice young lady at the window asked if we wanted something else no we didn’t and she isn’t allowed to do a refund(get that) so she went to ask the manager and this woman told her tell them to get another flavor we don’t do refunds on cards! Ummmm no I’m not paying for something I didn’t get and my grandchild is very picky. The manager seemed put out to give us a partial refund but did it. Waited another 10 minutes to be told the other flavor for the 2nd cone they were out of which was vanilla. And when we asked for a refund again the manager rolled her eyes and said of course.
