Very disappointed in the service. Purposely not seating a veteran on Veterans Day just cause I brought my kids and their friends for a breakfast.

The food was awful today the onion rings were soggy and greasy they look like stew onion after I order a scallop plate and they only took 4 dollars never again and after I was leaving my table a guess next to me got there order of onion rings a and there's were nice and golden cooked to perfection

My husband and I come to Krazy Jakes frequently. We love the bar staff. We had a terrible experience with our food tonight when my husband found a large piece of plastic in the middle of his burger hidden underneath the bun. The manager came over and he ordered a chicken caesar wrap instead. We waited quite a while for the wrap. When the bill came we were charged for the chicken caesar wrap. I am very disappointed with the kitchen staff and how management handled the situation. I'm not one to complain but I told the manager about how upset we were about being charged for the meal. We were offered an ice cream and not our money back for the wrap. Absolutely ridiculous. The only stars given from my review are for the bartending staff as they did nothing wrong and was not their fault.

Website menu is not updated missing a good portion of what we had ordered. Called in they knew the website menu is not updated but insisted on arguing using the website as their defense instead of showing humility. Will not be returning.

Steer clear of Miguel. He was too busy to check on our food because he was too busy flirting with waitresses. Owner went and spoke with him and you would think he went to check on our food . Nope walked out , never again

Our server was pleasant and efficient, but our breakfasts were not good. I ordered a veggie omelet and got something that resembled cardboard with some dried up, chopped up vegetables scattered through it. This was probably the worst omelet I've ever had. It was overcooked to the point of no longer resembling eggs. Fried to death. My husband ordered fried eggs "over medium" and the whites of the eggs were slimy and undercooked. Not a good experience.
