Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I had a chicken sandwich. It was the best! Really enjoyed my visit to Red Robin.

Food is delicious and hot. Of course the fries and campfire are yummy too. Managers and staff are also all very attentive and do amazing. Covid guidelines are followed very well.

worst service ever... cold fries took forever for my food to come..waitress never came by to see if I needed anything couldnt eat my fish as I didnt have enough tarter sauce.when I complained to manager he looked at me like he could of given a hoot. No apology Just plain awful and would NOT RECOMMEND

Good burger. Excellent server, but place was a bit dirty. (Tables that just sat and hadn't been cleaned)

I dont know whats going on at this place..poor service, LONG wait for order then cold food, uncaring management.That about covers it. Theres many other restaurants on Boston road I recommend you visit them .

Probably one of the more weird experiences I've ever had. Their menu contained only random items off the original website. They have absolutely no soups and only specific salads. I asked why and they said they simply don't order the ingredients. For example this was for the Southwest salad. They said they have no southwest salad ingredients and don't intend to have them. I also asked for a water to go with my order and I did not get one. Also I only ordered a side of sweet potato fries and they literally gave me 23 ketchup packets, I'm not exaggerating. I counted out 23. I don't mind that we'll be stocked up on ketchup for the next three presidential terms but that's pretty wasteful lol ? overall the process to order online wasn't terribly difficult

Very nice! Good food, reasonably priced and our waiter, Martin, was the best! It seems the art of fine wait staff and professionalism is almost lost these days but Martin refreshed my memory!

The Ceasar salad with my Island Heat wings coupled with the consistent customer service was outstanding.

Absolutely loved it. The food came fast and was absolutely fabulous again. Menu isn't huge but there's should definitely be something for everyone. Best part,, beside the food was our waitress. She was extremely attentive that we had a handicap child w/us and she went above and beyond to show him kindness. The atmosphere was quite, well lite up, clean and people were distanced perfectly. I wld definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who hasn't been to Red Robin.

The restaurant is clean and the help is great. Tables are separated by balloon table displays which makes it easy for all.
