We've been for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The sandwiches were great, hot and fresh and the iced coffee was good too. It's a very popular spot so there was a wait but not too long. We have also come here for icream cream which was really good and they had tons of flavors to choose from. Lastly, I was truly pleasantly surprised at how amazing their Thanksgiving pies were and reasonably priced. I look forward to ordering again next year!

Shout out to the staff! When I stopped in the day after Christmas expecting a cozy pick me up, I could barely find a parking spot! The place was packed, with online orders coming in one after the next as well. The staff was on point, taking orders, calling names for coffees and sandwiches with a smile and cordial greeting. Great food, wholesome atmosphere. 5/5 stars

Driving by Rices and stopped for lunch. Very disappointed stood by register for approximately 3-4 minutes and no one acknowledged us standing waiting to place an order. many employees behind counter walked by, so we left and will never return. First impression says a lot about how business's operate.

I desperately want to give this place fiive stars because the food and atmosphere are fantastic! The pies, pastries, ice cream stand, frequent actives and live music are all wonderful. The kitchen is sadly quite slow if it gets even slightly busy. I often order in advance but about 15 minutes and still end up waiting upwards of 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and coffee.

My kids and I like coming here, visiting the goats, and having lunch. We do our best to be supportive of our community staples, but I must say the service seems to be going downhill lately. Several times I have come in and there isn't anyone behind the counter taking orders. Even when they are, a lot of times they seem apathetic or don't really want to be there. Sometimes we try to wait, but it's like where did they all go? Are they ever coming back? Its really disappointing for the kids and we just end up leaving rather than waste more time being ignored. Would like to see a better effort to manage this and put a focus on improving customer service and experience here or we might have to become regulars somewhere else. Good luck!
