Nice little place with a decent menu and specials offered each day of the week. The restaurant and bar area seemed clean and organized and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my meal which was the Baked Cod with mashed potatoes and asparagus..... My friend had a specialty sandwich and she enjoyed hers as well. Lots of choices on the menu and all sounded delicious and the prices are fair.
Parking: Large parking lot that services a few businesses in a small mall like setting. It can be tight on a busy night but when I visited there was plenty of spots open.
Kid-friendliness: Older kids would enjoy this place. It a Bar and grill so it might not be appropriate for younger kids but I don't see why they would be unwelcome during the day or early evening.

We placed our order. The wife ordered a sandwich and fries, I ordered soup and an appetizer. We waited almost 30 minutes to get our food. While people who came in after us received their food before us. When we got our order my soup and appetizer were cold. Sent them back only to have reheat them in a microwave. If I wanted reheated food I would have eaten at home.

Always enjoy our visits to Route 20 Bar & Grille. Sometimes the music can be too loud, but sitting further from the performer(s) usually solves that issue.
Route 20 is one of our go to places. Food and service is great. They recently opened their new outdoor patio.

We were looking forward to our first time going here. Made it a date night! Atmosphere was great, the singer could have been better, but this is a personal music choice, not against him. We ordered the pretzel sticks with beer cheese, good flavor. My husband ordered the scallops, there was more crunchy breading than scallops. Fries were good. Coleslaw had no flavor. I ordered the Patty Melt. Fries were good, grilled the burger and bread perfectly, good amount of Swiss. Forgot the caramelized onions, and no sauce. Waitress tried but had another very demanding table to take take of, waited 15min. just for the check. Thanks for the opportunity, but never again.
