Alexxxx is my guy he knows my order and its always friendly no matter how busy he is he always acknowledges us and says Hi...the girls are sweethearts always waving and saying Hi with a smile. The atmosphere is awesome nice and quiet. Very nice staff. You also have to take into consideration becuase of one bad employee or one bad situation u shouldn't blame the whole store or every employee.

Entitled staff. Yes, napkins and a bag should ALWAYS be a given when someone orders food. We pay a premium for your products. The least you can do is: a. Not make us repeatedly ask and b. Not be snarky about it. I've always been a generous tipper but that has stopped. If you don't think customers deserve a napkin with their food, then you don't deserve a tip. You don't get to benefit from my generosity when you are THAT miserable that you would begrudge someone a damn napkin with their food order. Young brunette at the window didn't even remember what I ordered by the time I got to the window. Made me repeat my simple question over and over again and had an entitled, snarky attitude.

Today Dorian made our drinks and as always they were perfect
We visit pretty much daily and have never been anything but completely satisfied

They gave me the wrong drinks I was picking up for co-workers. When I returned after waiting in line forever, manager was only willing to replace with correct drinks but I had to let him peel off the label to prove their mistake. He refused to give me credit for the other 2 drinks I didn’t return because I it’s hard carrying 3 drinks. He wouldn’t upsize or offer anything for my inconvenience and their mistake. Nasty. That’s not how you treat loyal customers!

I love going to this location. It's always clean and fast. I am disabled and their staff makes me feel welcomed. Especially the manger Noah. He didn't hesitate to help me while of at the store. He makes me feel safe and valued. Thank you for hiring a Noah and staff ā¤ļø

This Starbucks location is honestly the most frustrating one I’ve been to. The line was insanely long , I waited over 20 minutes, and no one seemed to be in any kind of rush. When I finally got to the window, the employee didn’t even acknowledge me properly. No greeting, no apology for the wait, just a rude attitude like I was bothering them.
To top it off, my drink was once again completely wrong. I order the same iced drink every time, and it’s never made right. It’s always super bland and watered down, like they forgot half the ingredients. I’ve given this place more than enough chances, but I think I’m done coming here.

The ā€œManagerā€ Darian was so rude when we tried to go back and fix a coffee through the drive through. Had a complete attitude saying we have to stop at the speaker where they can’t hear what we’re saying. Needs better management, have never experienced such a horrible lack of manners. Don’t recommend this one.

I’ve been to this location a number of times. It is by far the worse in the area!! They can’t make a drink that tastes decent, my frap was not icy( watery) absolutely awful!! The price one pays for a beverage there it should be spot on every time!!
Wilbraham get those kids trained like the other surrounding Starbucks do!!
