Had a lovely experience in the drive thru! Ryan was incredibly gleeful and friendly and truly made what was supposed to be an average Starbucks trip an exuberant experience with the gals!

I love going to this location. It's always clean and fast. I am disabled and their staff makes me feel welcomed. Especially the manger Noah. He didn't hesitate to help me while of at the store. He makes me feel safe and valued. Thank you for hiring a Noah and staff ❤️
This Starbucks location is honestly the most frustrating one I’ve been to. The line was insanely long , I waited over 20 minutes, and no one seemed to be in any kind of rush. When I finally got to the window, the employee didn’t even acknowledge me properly. No greeting, no apology for the wait, just a rude attitude like I was bothering them.
To top it off, my drink was once again completely wrong. I order the same iced drink every time, and it’s never made right. It’s always super bland and watered down, like they forgot half the ingredients. I’ve given this place more than enough chances, but I think I’m done coming here.

Better show up within 20 minutes or the manager will throw it out and try to claim the order wasnt taken here. So wasteful, not even frozen drinks...Ice Coffee & refresher.....

The “Manager” Darian was so rude when we tried to go back and fix a coffee through the drive through. Had a complete attitude saying we have to stop at the speaker where they can’t hear what we’re saying. Needs better management, have never experienced such a horrible lack of manners. Don’t recommend this one.

I’ve been to this location a number of times. It is by far the worse in the area!! They can’t make a drink that tastes decent, my frap was not icy( watery) absolutely awful!! The price one pays for a beverage there it should be spot on every time!!
Wilbraham get those kids trained like the other surrounding Starbucks do!!

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. They are always understaffed. That is a management issue. Not worth it during rush hour. It can take 30 minutes to get a cold brew poured.

2nd time incompetence. First time igrefience missing on sandwich, manager refused to give credit when mentioned on follow-up.trip. Long, long wait today in line with only 2 cars ahead, just to arrive at window to find out a simple,aspecialty coffee order not ready. Not even started. Employee too busy goofing off with each other.

I normally go to Starbucks for the refreshers, and it's always an enjoyable experience! The staff was so kind and delivered our drinks quickly. Their ice is also a highlight in their drinks! Definitely reccomend!

We’ve tried 4x. Every time we had to wait forever for our mobile order (placed 10 mins beforehand) and it wasn’t very busy at all.

My friends and I stopped by the other day to see how the new Starbucks was, and we were nothing but satisfied. Your employee, Cam S, was very nice and polite to us making the atmosphere so positive. Along with that the drinks were very good. Will be stopping by again!
