The attitude from the girls up front, plus the wait used to be worth it for the food. Now that the food has gone downhill…not sure we will be returning.

As locals we always love to bring out-of-town friends here. Unfortunately we had a less than stellar experience. Breakfast sandwiches were mediocre, grilled muffin was burned, table was sticky and bathroom needed a good professional deep cleaning. We will be back, but you guys need to up your game.
Everything was fresh andade to order. The staff was slammed but still kept polite and professional

Wow...I am not the happiest with my experience. Workers were not very friendly and while I was trying to figure out my order I had workers roll their eyes at me.

If you’re anywhere in the area, this little unassuming cafe is an absolute must.To start, Laura—who it seems typically opens in the morning—had my order memorized like I was a years-long regular after just a single visit. I waltzed in just after opening (7:05), hoping not to be “that guy” that walks in super early while she’s trying to do her side work. She assured me that all was good, and that I was more than welcome. She virtually started making my breakfast before I even ordered. Wow.Next, the food. The FOOD. The COFFEE. Some of the best savory all-American comfort breakfast food I’ve had, genuinely. I’m a coffee snob, and I like mine on the sweeter side. They nail it with their caramel lattes (at least Laura does). The atmosphere is a very warm-toned rustic feel, so it almost comes off as if you’re sitting in someone’s living room. At the center of the room is a few sofas and a table, to boot.Again, if you’re anywhere near VS&C, pop on in. You won’t regret it.

Only owner knows how to make a breakfast burrito.
Visited here yesterday for the first time in years, and love what they’ve done with the place. It used to double as a small cafe and convenience store, and now they have made the transition to a full service coffee shop / bistro. I got a chicken salad wrap that was unbelievably tasty. The atmosphere is also quaint, with small tables to sit while you sip coffee, read a book, or catch up with a friend. Really enjoyed my short time there and am glad that the business is in good hands.
Parking: There are a few parking spots in front of the establishment.
Kid-friendliness: Kids would be more than welcome and comfortable here.

This place is great! The sandwiches are amazing. On the smaller side, but very reasonable prices. Their baked goods are great also. They have a bunch of tables, and it has a cozy vibe.
Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian salads and sandwiches
Parking: 6-ish spots in front and a small parking lot in the back

They serve New England Coffee, not a big fan since I grew up in the town that roast the beans and it would stink up the whole town. Not to mention it's just not coffee shop coffee.
