I'm not from the area and my friend and I just stopped in to get something quick for our drive home. I got a buffalo chicken wrap. I bit into it once we were on the road and felt what I thought was a bone or big piece of cartilage in my throat. I had to reach in and pull it out and it was the tag from a bread bag.

This is my first time going to waltz, and I was quite pleasantly surprised. It's a small little place just big enough for a couple of people to walk in and place an order. The young lady who greeted me was very pleasant, she recommended the steak and cheese, a large. Sandwich was very good, steak was tasty cheese was mixed in, I think next time I'll add peppers. Going to try a Reuben also.I would show you a picture of the sandwich, but this is the best I got.

You can’t go wrong with just about anything you order from Walts. Excellent food and the staff of 2 is always great. Take out only but damn they make a tasty burger and fries.

Just picked up a Reuben and a Turkey Bacon Melt. Fast service, customer friendly and great sandwiches. Generous portions at a great price. Plenty of parking to quickly run in to pick up a call ahead order or wait while it's prepared. Don't miss out on this locally owned gem.
Delicious sandwiches at a very good price, but there's nowhere to sit. So I highly recommend takeout.

I did not even know that this place existed until it showed up on my Google Maps one day and finding out they are only 4 minutes away. I checked out the online pictures, menu and reviews and knew that I had to try it out. Ordered the Jacked up Steak and Cheese grinder. Let me tell you that I’ve had a lot of steak and cheese grinders in my lifetime, but the flavor of this one pops right out at you! I closed my eyes and wanted to savor it. The quality of the meat and especially the sautéed and almost caramelized onions, peppers and mushrooms is what makes the flavor unique— It was not bland, but had super flavor. The grinder is juicy from the melted cheese, sautéed veggies and steak ajou. Needless to say, I finished the entire foot like a vacuum cleaner. ? Can’t wait to try out all the other items on the menu in the near future.
