I go multiple times a week and at least once a week they mess up my order. This weekend I went on Saturday and I got a cup of hot water and cream but no teabag. On Sunday I get coffee instead of tea. Have to go back and have them fix their mistake, it's very inconvenient. Food and drinks are good when they get the order right.

This is unfortunately the only Dunkin donuts near me. The hash browns are always burnt. Today I went and ordered snacking bacon. They didn't even cook it. And when I tried to call about it, because I was on my way to work and didn't have time to go back, nobody answered the phone. I called repeatedly. Worst service.
I ordered one item.. a coffee! 4 cream and 6 splenda. How do you FORGET the slpenda!???

From the perspective of multiple people I know, you will either not receive your entire order, receive something expired (food, milk/cream), and/or will encounter an employee with poor customer service skills. If you have the option to travel, because I’ve had better experiences there, I’d recommend the most recently opened store in the area near downtown Northampton on King St. The store at Damon Rd near King St is a step above this one in Leeds, though.
