Excellent lunch and atmosphere!!
Really nice Sunday brunch with waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs Benedict, fresh fruit & more. Inexpensive & delicious! Right on Rt. 9 in the center of beautiful Williamsburg. Don't be a straggler or you'll miss a great buffet. If you arrive late & breakfast is over try the fried oysters. Yum! Short pleasant drive from Hamp, plenty of free parking behind the tavern. Courteous staff have decorated this historic building beautifully. Warm, cozy & definitely family friendly.
The food here is amazing, and the place itself has a cool rustic feel to it. A+ !
Great service. Good breakfast buffet. Enjoyed ourselves.
Pleasant and friendly atmosphere. And food is delicious
Had a roast turkey Thanksgiving type meal for a ridiculously low price, like $7 with a drink purchase, it was excellent, exactly what you'd expect and wicked tasty.
The food is delicious, the drinks are plenty, the atmosphere is charming and brings you back to another place in time. They are adult and family friendly. We will definitely be back again!
Nice atmosphere. Good service. Food was OK. My steak was tasty but not a good cut of meat...not actually a NY strip
Great food, low prices. Quaint New England setting. Service was quick and meals were very good. Old fashioned turkey dinner.
Someone in our party didnt get their appetizer, changed all the prices on our meals to full price even though the menu says it should've been about half. Charged everyone separate but still added a tip to our bills. Very slow. Not worth it considering we should've paid half of what we did.

The food was excellent and the service and wait staff were awesome. Atmosphere was pleasant.
I cannot say enough good things about this cozy little place. The food was better than perfect and the service was extraordinary. Do yourself a favor and try the Grilled Maple Glazed Salmon. You will not be disappointed.
For a bar I can walk to, I'm glad it's there, because it's close and the beer selection is good. I imagine if you've been going your whole life, say with your grandparents, there could be some nostalgic appeal about this place. But the food is definitely lacking.
Party of 8.....took forever to be acknowledged by waitress. Very slow service. People seated after us got meals way before us. Steaks overcooked. Asked how meal was when we were half done, didn't want to complain cuz didn't want to wait again.
Excellent food, along with a fairly large selection of beers on tap. Popular, busy little tavern with a great laid back, friendly environment.
