Hubby and I sat at the bar, where we were served by Austin the Great! Food was amazing, staff was super friendly and drinks were delish. Make a reservation if you want to sit in dining area. Or just come on in, have a seat around the bar and enjoy the atmosphere.

Overall, good place and would recommend. Good price, good food.

Service was a little slow, but I think they were severely understaffed. Dining room was maybe half to 2/3rd full. The people working the floor were moving fast, so it wasn't from a lack of trying.

We waited maybe 20 minutes to have our order taken. 30 minutes for beer that was on tap. Something like another 30 for appetizers, and another 15 for the entrée.

It's a nice spot, and reasonably priced, but they just needed some more people on shift to keep things moving.

Bypassed this place last time we were in The Berkshires, this time went on the recommendation of a guy we got chatting to.

As mentioned by another reviewer, there is something up with the bathrooms. This should be addressed ASAP by this establishment. Our server was lovely, and the timing of the food was great; however, this was overshadowed by the bathroom issue. Both bathrooms have some makeshift sinks and hand sanitizer set up. The toilets were extremely dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned for a while. This is a health issue; please address asap. We also noticed other patrons talking about this issue.

We arrived for dinner at approximately 520 yesterday afternoon. It was freezing in the restaurant. They said it would warm up in 10 minutes. It took at least 45 minutes to warm up. Our waitress was very friendly and very kind. food was mediocre, but the problem was my mussels puttanesca. About an hour after we got home I started to feel nauseous and then I was vomiting and had sharp stomach pains. That lasted a couple of hours and then by morning I was fine. The only time I used the restroom at the restaurant was to wash my hands after dinner and I saw that the sink wasn’t working properly and they had some device set up to wash the hands that I couldn’t work so I used hand sanitizer. I understand it was the same thing in the men’s room . I did call the restaurant and let them know that there was a problem with my dinner. I noticed that the restaurant is closed until Tuesday so I hope my message gets through.

Incredibly slow service. I’ve had five course meals in less than the 2 1/2 hours that it took for us to have a one course meal. The food served was definitely not good enough to justify that.

If you eat in house, it’s not bad. But if you order from DoorDash, well, if laziness could be put into an embodiment, you’d get 6 House.

We got 2 orders of Mozzarella Moons (their version of mozzarella sticks) and only one thing of sauce. Ok. Not a huge issue, but frustrating. My wife got a Caesar salad. Apparently, dressing isn’t included. The desert was caked all over the inside of the box, so that was fun.

The previous time we ordered, my wife never even got her meal. When we called to inquire about it, we were informed it was part of last weeks specials and they forgot to remove it from the menu. So I got my meal and she got nothing.

It’s odd that the attempt is so lackluster because there’s almost never anyone in there sitting and eating. Like I said, sit down service is t bad, but if you’re going to DoorDash it, try someplace else. It’s not worth the hassle.

We enjoyed a nice dinner sitting by the window in the wingback chairs. Our waitress Marki was so friendly and attentive! I ordered the special. Beef Tenderloin risotto with blistered tomatoes and asparagus topped with bleu cheese. My husband ordered the NY Strip Sirloin. Everything was perfect! Chef was on point!
