It took over an hour to get our meal, waitress was lackluster, food was soggy, I will never return.

We went to this restaurant Saturday night. We stood at the door waiting to be seated for over 5 minutes before anyone said anything to us. Nobody acknowledged we were waiting, nobody said they'd be right with us, the waitresses looked right at us and didn't address us. We left and won't be going back.
Had buffalo chicken wings. Tasty and not too spicy.

Great place to come for dinner😄. Loved the make your own Margaritas!! Food tasted great and was the right temperature. The staff was also very friendly.
Awesome food and I have been there many times and have never had any issues put this time the waitress had an attitude when I asked her for two different checks
Their main menu items were fantastic. I had the Despa-rito and would recommend it. If you enjoy mexican cuisine, I would go to Desperados for their wraps/burritos, and Tony's Sambrero for the nacho/quesadillas.
Great food and fair prices. Quick in and out.
This restaurant is a great place to come for dinner. I wish they were open for lunch!. Grab yourself a margarita and relax! This is a completely comfortable atmosphere and some delicious American Mexican food. From the warm chips and salsa to your main dish...you will be happy you came to Desperados, Williamstown.

Confusing food combinations; Creole rice, though tasty and well seasoned, does not pair with Mexican items. The roja enchilada sauce was good but the chicken inside that and the fundido was bland. We ordered take out on a Friday and the pick up time was quite fast, only 25 minutes. We did get the impression, coming in for the first time, that the bar is the focal point. There were about a dozen tables, but it was loud and the lighting was mostly over the bar.
Fairly certain our waitress forgot about us. Waited almost a full hour for our food, which were two very simple and common items. She was seen chatting very loudly with others at the bar, until we asked about our food and she said they were busy with take out orders.

Probably the best Mexican inspired restaurants you can find in this area. The food was good and they had a good kids menu.
