The early morning staff, are fantastic and go above and being. Always have a smile and always greet you with a Good morning or Hello. We live in Adams and only go to the Williamstown location. The are friendly, out going and always cleaning . Highly recommend.

Stopped at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Main Street in Williamstown and ordered the fully loaded hash browns. I heard the staff talking about how to make it, mentioning crumbled bacon, so I figured everything was set. When my order came out, the clerk called “fully loaded hash browns” as he handed it over, then muttered under his breath, “I actually call those half-loaded.”

I didn’t realize what he meant until I opened the container—no bacon crumbles. When I asked about it, he said they were out of bacon and just didn’t add them. I told him that instead of making a snide comment, he could’ve just let me know they were missing an ingredient and maybe offered an alternative. It wasn’t the missing bacon that bothered me so much as the attitude.

I did speak with the staff before I left, so this isn’t just an online complaint—I wanted to make sure they knew directly. I like Dunkin’ and stop often, but this location could use a reminder about basic courtesy and communication.

Clean establishment and staff were great! Spent some time chatting with them (it had just opened so nobody else was there) and they were very accommodating and friendly. Food was classic Dunks - no complaints.

I can’t comment on food or service except that I pulled up an hour before they closed and while I saw someone inside, the doors were locked. I guess someone wanted to go home early.

Nice donkey donut, but they need to beef up on the cleaning in the RESTROOMS AND FLOORS.

I left the parking lot because the guy working was cussing and slamming the doors open not cussing at me or anything it just made me leave the lot because I didn't know what was going to happen

Super friendly service attendants but perhaps not their fault for being paid minimum wage and not rewarded for cleaning this place appropriately. Why would they unless there was an additional perk to do so!? You can see that the floors haven’t been mopped forever and no one makes an effort to go underneath the stuff to sweep. You can see layers of grit and sprinkles under shelves.

They are soooooooo slow. If there’s ever more than one car in the drive through line go somewhere else. Took me 25 minutes to get through a line with four cars in front of me. Not the first time too. Mind-blowing…

All I wanted was a small black French vanilla coffee with 1 creamer on the side. I paid for it but never got it, the staff didn't care to get it correct even after I came back in. Never again Dunkin.

The food is fine, it's Dunkin, you know what you're getting. But you will wait in line forever. I use mobile ordering and of the last ten trips they have given me my full order once without me having to ask for the rest. They have been out of at least one thing 75% of the time. They're always friendly though, which is nice.
