This was one of the most dreadful 3 hours of my life. Even for me being a kid. Took us a long 2 hours to even get the appetizers. The service was terrible and slow and didn’t even care. A old group of women was sitting next to us and got all the attention even got the food before us. And they came after us. The food wasn’t the best for my stepdad getting a cream pie without any cream. The whole restaurant was EMPTY! DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY HERE IT IS A WASTE! WHAT GARBAGE!

Our waiter was attentive and pleasant, engaged in converstion with us. The menu is limited. Our entrees were good, flavorful but not out of this world noteworthy. We sat outside, the weather was beautiful and the grounds nicely landscaped.

The menu was interesting, which is why I went. The food was good, but the ambiance left a lot to be desired. When my friend and I sat down there was no one else in the restaurant (we got there early), but soon after we arrived a group of three sat at the bar and pretty much ruined the atmosphere with loud voices pelted with the F-bomb. I'm not a prude, but I believe there is a time and place for that kind of language, and it's not a nice, quiet restaurant. The one guy was so loud I couldn't even hear my friend talk. We expressed our displeasure with the server, but she just shook her head and shrugged. Didn't even attempt to try to quiet down the group. On our way out we talked to the consierge, who gave us a coupon for a future visit, but it's doubtful I'll return.

After waiting 40 minutes for a simple meal the order came out cold and wrong. I did not do a forensic analysis on the fries but I would guess they were over 2 days old. This place was gross.

We have been to Gala many times and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. This visit was a disappointment. Service was extremely slow, took an hour to get our appetizers, which were salads. One of our meals, the half chicken, was extremely over cooked and inedible. The scallops were just OK, on a happy note the salmon was delicious.

Fined at Gala after an afternoon at the Clark Institute in Williamstown. Luckily the weather was perfect so we are outside in the lovely garden. Although the menu is limited, we all found something to suit out taste. Salad was very fresh, burger was huge, and the fish ‘n chips crispy coconut crust was delicious. Service was friendly & efficient. We will return.

well let me tell you my experience the food was okay but the service was terrible, there was an area that was blocked off and no one was there. I wonder if they had a grandma working as a chef in the back because the food came out in an hour. The dessert was not even a banana cream pie there was no cream And the cookie they said was shareable it was the size of a tarantula. I do not recommend this place because they have a room that's empty think the president will sit when really they just are using their imagination. If I had one choice of restaurant that was the worst I will pick yours your dinner was good was the pasta FYI which took an hour for you to bring out. Thank you but you guys failed

Good food. Hearty and filling. Love the atmosphere. Great place to relax for brunch. Service was wonderful. He was very attentive. It's an hour drive to get there, but well worth it for us. I highly recommend it

My boyfriend and I were visiting the area on a random getaway. The waitress/hostess who was alone was very friendly however she was obviously not trained properly on serving or bartending. But I will say the only good thing about our experience was her personality. The service was super slow. The steaks we ordered were extremely plain and dry. Also our potato that was supposed to come with the meal were 4 potato wedge French fries. We spent $141 on a dinner that was not even good. I could get a tastier piece of meat from a fast food chain. It took us 2 hours to get our food and our check and in reality it should have only taken us an hour Either way the food SUCKED! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND GO TO WENDY'S!

Listen people not the place to go.I tried to take my girlfriend out somewhere nice. The place looked nice waitress was nice but super slow. We ordered 2 mango drinks which took 15 to 20 mins to come out. The appetizer we ordered were the chicken tacos that cost $12 for 2 tacos. This was probably the best part of the meal. For dinner we ordered 2 tenderloin steaks...nothing tender about it. They were just dried out and plain. On the menu it said it came with potatoes but instead we got 3 to 4 steak French fries each. $141 bill to find out this place is not worth the money and I could have had better teasting food at Applebee's.

She was extremely pleasant but clearly needs better training or maybe better management and better help. I've been a server for 12 years and this place clearly needs a lot of improvement. We paid 141$ for food that had worse flavor then Taco Bell. Would never go back nor recommend this place. Better restaurants in the area.
