Doesn’t even know the ingredients of the oat milk, milkshake, and as a reminder some of us are allergic to seed oils as well, and not knowing what’s inside of these Concoctions bring the risk of allergic reaction. More embarrassing that your employees don’t know the ingredients… Or can you even read a label on the box? please do better. It’s 2025.

Went to Lickety Split Williamstown and had a really disappointing experience. The girl working was extremely rude and wouldn't let my son add toppings just because the ice cream was already scooped… why will this be an issue since toppings go on top of scooped ice cream. I hadn't even paid yet, and there was no one else in line, so it wasn't like they were busy or rushed. She just seemed annoyed to be there and made the whole experience unpleasant. If you don't like helping customers, maybe this isn't the right job. Plus, the ice cream doesn't compare to all the other great NE ice cream choices.

The ICE cream is delicious and the staff is great, but the ice cream was SUPER soft, and not supposed to be. Must have been having freezer troubles that day.

Delicious ice cream for a more than reasonable price. The lines get long during the late spring/early summer, but definitely worth it. They have a great variety of flavors which change every day!
