Mezze Bistro + Bar

Mezze is an outstanding destination, especially to celebrate special family events such as graduation from Williams. The serice staff was very helpful, friendly and well-versed in the details of the menu offerings. The food was some of the best we've experienced in the Berkshires and justified the prix fiixe level. An a la carte option would be ideal if possible for those with less vigorous appetites! We certainly hope to return soon.

I have only written a few reviews ever, so... We had a lovely experience at Mezze in Williamstown. It was a Sunday night and so they had their "family style" dining experience which was very fun, filling and so tasty! The food area that was the focus was Sicily, Sardinia and one other are (I forget), but the food was very yum. At such a reasonable per head cost we had; antipasti, arancini, amazing salad, and a very large Sicilian pizza (I could only eat one piece by then) and we had some tea, amaro (my fav) and cannoli as well! Our server was very knowledgeable about the wine and the amaro as well as the food. She was genuinely happy to be sharing all this wonderful food and wine with/for us. It was a celebration, so we 5 sisters enjoyed each other and the food and felt like perhaps we were channeling our father-who is no longer on this earth, whose family came from Sicily! A wonderful experience all around- the Sunday night family style was a great fit!

It's always a lovely experience, a great place to settle into great conversation over an excellent meal.

Amazing food and service at this hidden gem in Williamstown. Great menu variations and choices

Super loud inside, can barely hear anyone talk. Food was mid, nothing really stood out, squid ink pasta was most disappointing. Swordfish and saffron pasta were fine. Was the arancini suppose to have truffle or was that just because it was the size of a truffle like a chocolate? Waitstaff was also insanely inappropriate, she was acting really weird and throwing out Italian words that didn't even make sense. I have not been to this restaurant in a while, I may stay away a bit longer.

Delicious! The food was excellent and the servers were warm, polite, and knowledgeable. The zuchinne first course was particularly tasty, as was the excellent steak and (perfectly salted) fries.

From the greeter to the waitstaff to the food and everything in between it was all perfection. Always wonderful.

A special dining experience. Jordan our server was a delight and responded with generosity and several offers when one of our party found his order was too “something.he wasn't sure”...salty spicy.

Mezze is one of our favorite Berkshire restaurants. The ambience is lovely with a noise level that allows for a quiet conversation. The meals are well prepared and the menu offerings are unique. The staff are attentive. The wine list is affordable.

The ambiance here is great, and the food is fantastic. Their cocktails are also amazingly well thought out and executed perfectly.

In my opinion the hostess sets the tone to the evening. Unfortunately, we found Courtney to be very raucous, and her dress garish. Every word from her was controlling, certainly not making for a relaxed atmosphere. Also, the bartender, Maddie was not helpful in a cocktail selection when we inquired if a drink was “sweet”, and she claimed not sweet, well balanced. The Blueberry Gimlet without question was sweet. As for the food, high compliments to the chef. Yummy marinated olives, Delicata salad so good, Farm Chicken so good (a tad salty), and enjoyed the well cooked Cascatelli pasta. Also, both desserts, Apple Crisp and Panna Cotta delicious. Great coffee, too.

Excellent food, service, and setting
Amazing food— highly recommend Chilled beet soup, Sunchokes, Cod with eggplant caponata, Apple crisp, and chocolate hazelnut budino
If not for the 4 hour drive, I would be a regular

By far the best meal we have had since we moved to the Berkshires. The servers were outstanding - attentive and amiable, and the atmosphere was easy going with stunning views. (It is leaf peeping season in the Berkshires.) Mezze is reminiscent of Farm to Table dining in Napa Valley, right here at home, and is priced equivalently.
