Best frozen yogurt place in town, the original is the best and the little shop was very cute, definitely a good stop if you’re looking for some refreshments in the summer. Service is really nice especially when ordering and choosing your toppings. Love this place.

The staff completely ignored me (or didn’t see me) when I waited in front of the cash register, and when I tried to order a tea, she said I needed to get to the back of the line. But I had been there at the front of the line for a while already, standing with my partner, who literally just got served his order. We were there quite a few minutes earlier than the other customers whom the staff told me to get behind; when we first arrived no one else was in line. But the staff member kept insisting on me (just me) going to the back of the line. So I don’t know what was wrong with me specifically that the staff ignored/skipped over me but not my partner, despite us standing together. Not coming back.

Food meh. Prices meh. Service fine. Cleanliness meh. I came here a third time recently because it's one of the only places in town open after 7 with "cafe style" seating. (No free WiFi for non-Williams folks though.)Food options are best for those with special diets (gluten free, dairy free, or vegan). ((Otherwise it's hard to beat Lickety Split Just outside unless it's raining hard or closed for the season.)) I like the original yogurt, but my kids don't. After the last time we went here my eldest said, "Can we go to a froyo place which is more like real ice cream next time?" They miss the experience of putting their own froyo in the cup and picking a little bit of lots of toppings like at the places that sell froyo by weight. (Here everything is more hygenic, but harder to customize to kid ideas of perfection.)Seating in front of the yogurt bar itself needs better cleaning... my pants were sticking to the wood (presumably from yogurt spilled and napkined up but not wiped down). The scoops of toppings are generous, but most are not worth the topping cost (95c I think). They did have fresh (not stale) mochi and three flavors of boba as well as a selection of fruit and chocolate things.Last time I was here I ordered two pastries, they were fine but I won't try more. It's unclear how often they refill/change the case offerings. There are enough ways in town to get something made fresh that day.. it's not worth getting something that might be old. Servers also didn't seem to know much about the pastries--so I am not the only one not ordering them.

Staff - rude, uninformed and dismissive Ice cream - very poor and basically below grade grocery store quality. Need I say more??

The signs are a little misleading as far as pricing. If I knew a small and a medium with a spoonful of toppings each would amount to 20 dollars, I would have just passed. It also wasn't good enough to be remotely worth it.

Nice, clean frozen yogurt shop with ample seating. They have a nice selection of frozen yogurt flavors that change pretty often. I would definitely recommend the Ube. There are also a ton of delicious toppings to choose from! The only negative is that it is charged per topping instead of by weight which can make it very expensive.

Froyo is really good, and the employees are really kind and considerate, especially Rachel.

Small selection of flavors, but the FroYo was absolutely delicious! It was smooth and creamy and tasted super fresh. We tried the toasted almond, Lemon blueberry, and original flavors. I'm not a big fan of rotating flavors each week. I like to have chocolate always available, but that's just me. I would definitely recommend Spoons if you're in the area.

Always excellent! Friendly service along with delicious yogurt. Great pastries from Break Room too!

Delicious, healthy, local goodness. Definitely recommend. Love the flavors every week, but original is always the best.

This place is very clean and inviting. The staff is super friendly, and the Fro-Yo is excellent. A great asset to the community. Will be back again soon.

Truly delicious Frozen Yogurt made from locally-sourced, all natural ingredients. Flavors change each week and I love trying Dave's different concoctions (cookie butter, blueberry, carmel vanilla....sooooooo good!) but original flavor is my all-time favorite, usually with a little homemade granola and diced strawberries on top. A healthy snack or lunch! So many toppings to choose from! I never feel as full eating froyo as I do with ice cream. And Spoon is a fun little hangout spot inside the Williams College bookstore to meet a friend for coffee or treats.

I highly recommend this frozen yogurt place to visit. The flavors of the week were absolutely delicious. The toppings were too many to mention and just made the flavors that much better! I love how they change the flavors each week. The local ingredients and custom made flavors are nothing I’ve ever experienced! The servers are very friendly and knowledgeable of the nutritional facts. Spoon is kid friendly and the owners are always nice and welcoming.
