It's a Subway, nothing special. Honestly. As far as subways goes, this was probably one of the worst ones I've been to but it was still pretty decent, staff were friendly, food was below average.

2 people 15min to make 3 subs, then they bring their kid to work hanging out in the back. Not good. Kid couldn't be no more than 8yrs old.

Horrible service got a soft pretzel that was hard as a rock and inedible ordered toasted subs and they were still cold and were soggy. Barely any meat on sub not worth my money and I'll never get food at this subway again. For the price of there subs u would think u they would put more than 4 pieces of ham on the roll. Atleast Angelina's gives u meat

Vegetarian options: All vegetables were fresh. and you can make nice stuffy vegetable sandwiches and toasting with swiss cheese, making it delicious.

I always order online, and yet repeatedly wait 30+ minutes for my order in store on top of the 20 minute order time. After this they forget multiple order items!

It's always a mixed bag when people make sandwiches, I received a bread END as a sandwich from a good deli before in Bennington VT. Anyway the two fellows that made the group of subs did a good and consistent job. I gave one star less because one had no people friendly skills, Luckily the other one made up for some. This place does have a Good consistent process and I will return. I will mention I do without eating before I order at the Hoosick NY subway. For those that eat here and think they're all the same.
