Water Street Grill absolutely deserves 5 stars. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff made me feel taken care of from the moment I walked in. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The menu has a great variety, and everything we ordered was cooked perfectly. The service was quick, and everyone was friendly without being overbearing. The whole experience felt relaxed and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to anyone looking for a great meal in Williamsburg.

After a wonderful afternoon at The Clark art museum, my husband and I were ready for a cold beer and some nourishment. When travelling, we prefer to eat at local restaurants rather than chain type establishments, and the Water Street Grill hit the mark. If you are looking for a fancy, upscale restaurant, this is not your place. The Water Street Grill is informal and comfortable with a relaxing, easy atmosphere, and it is clearly a place frequented by the locals. We were greeted by our server, Anna, who easily answered our questions on items on the menu . Anna is new to the Williamstown area (She is a student and comes from South Carolina.) The Water Street Grill has a great draft beer selection, and Anna was very helpful in assisting us select what we were looking for.The menu at Water Street contains the usual pub food, and there are plenty of options to satisfy anyone’s craving. Give it a try. You will be happy you did. And hopefully you will get to meet Anna.

My first time to the Berkshires and everything I tried was fantastic. The chicken tenderloin appetizer was super tender & flavorful. I also tried the bourbon meatloaf and a cup of clam chowder. Everything was delicious! My waitress was super friendly too. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had our dog with us and were able to eat “on the beach” in the outdoor dining area. Our waitress, Nora, was wonderful - friendly, personable, and very attentive throughout our meal. The highlights for us were the eggplant fries (which we had never heard of before) and the cheesecake (specially made by a friend of the restaurant). Both were delicious!! Highly recommend this place - 10/10.

We are staying nearby on vacation and came here for lunch. My husband had the brisket sandwich, which he enjoyed but felt it could use less sauce. I opted for the BLT salad, and all I can say is WOW! It was huge and loaded with bacon pieces. I barely made a dent in it, so we took the leftovers and had them for dinner. But it doesn’t stop there…it was so good, we went back today and got another one to split for dinner tonight.

Were here when they first opened for the day. I was surprised at the icky condition of the rest room. Actually, the entire restaurant is a bit shabby, table was icky. Pleasant server brought the menus which were rather grubby, but drinks and food came promptly. Food was good and hot. The waffle fries were to die for! However, the pleasant server never returned when our drinks were empty which is inexcusable since there were only a few tables occupied. Please note that the acoustics are horrendous and the restaurant has that noisy atmosphere even when half empty. Not a place for a quiet relaxing lunch. Will we return? Probably ...because they are open 7 days a week when other restaurants are closed.

We have been here a few times. Tonight hit different with the Ruben on Rye with Waffle Fries. The only thing that would make this better is if was a triple decker!

Tasty burger and a beer completed a long day visiting the area. Definitely would go again.

I picked up an order from them, I got 3 bourbon chicken sandwiches and a caprese. I arrived home and my family noticed one of their bun was burnt on the sandwich, all of our fries were hard and crunchy, not soft. Im a bit disappointed because I've been coming there for a long time and I haven’t had any prior issues until now. Spend $63 dollars with LOUSY food! SO DISAPPOINTED! Tried to talk to one of the manager Hanna. I got disconnected in a several times but couldn’t go thru. 😞

Not gonna lie I thought I was gonna get some good food outside of N.A. and I was very disappointed by the meatloaf sandwich, it is what it is.

Tuesday at 4:30, not many people. We were seated by the window, given menus and told the drink specials. Almost 15 min pass with no one coming by. Went to the bar to order drinks and asked the bar-keep to tell the server to add it to our overall bill. She said no problem. Another 15 min pass and no one comes by. So, after 30 min and no service, we opt to find a better place. As we are leaving, they all exclaimed, “we had no idea you wanted service!!” Seriously? We’re in a restaurant, with menus in hand for 30 minutes! Seemed as though because we were an older couple, they couldn’t be bothered
