Literally just left the drive thru an ordered a Carmel Creme Frozen Coffe and was handed a frozen coffee with no whip cream or topping and was told that I would have to pay extra and I showed him the app and it states that it comes with whipped cream and he said we'll you have to pay extra BUT I can do it this time for free. WHAT!! You aren't doing me a favor. I did pay for it! I declined and drove away. SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

God dammit every store seems to NOT put the splenda I order in the coffee. Literally had to buy a small box and keep in my glove box. Not just these guys it's everywhere lately

The workers are extremely rude and disrespectful. If you want to get mocked then this is the place for you. My mom said she wanted an Avocado toast with no bacon please at the speaker, and the kind man talking to her said “okay maam” and then this lady jumped to the speaker and screamed in my moms face “NEXT TIME YOU DONT SAY NO BACON YOU JUST SAY YOU WANT AN AVOCADO TOAST” In an extremely rude aggressive LOUD tone. My mom went in to try and speak to a manager and they were laughing and mocking her in her face. Don’t recommend this Dunkin and they need to hire new employees.

Wow, I'm impressed. I ordered a large cold brew, The woman who made it and said whoops it was a regular iced coffee and not a cold brew. She then made a cold brew, looked at it and said that was not made right, it was too watery. She then made a third cup and used the right amount of coffee. I was quite surprised she didn't just give it to me pretending it was cold brew. She took her job seriously.

This review is for 321 Main Street. Ever since I started going to this Dunkin during the beginning of the Covid pandemic, the employees and manager have been a delight. Whoever is hiring the staff is doing a terrific job finding the friendliest and most "real" people you'd love to encounter in everyday life. The drinks are made well and quickly. The food is done pretty well (except the croissants are dry). There is often a line of cars at busier times, but staff is so fast you hardly notice. Overall, this place is my go-to Dunks in Wilmington!

Crew is greatThe management not so much. Whoever hired this new manager wants this store to have no sales. He is awful and rude. He'll try to take your order, cut you off, roll his eyes and shake his head at you.The last manager was such a sweetheart. Employees told me what happened to her and how management disrespected and treated her. Just awful. Go to the Dunkin at the shell gas station if you want to be treated like a customer because this place ain't it anymore.
I came to this dunkin on Tuesday October 7th at 9pm I asked for coffee cream only they put sugar and I was on my way to work so I thought I'll bring it back tomorrow so I did and they wouldn't replace a medium coffee the women was like no no no, as if it would break them. I am a regular coffee drinker dunks 3 or 4 times a day and they couldn't replace it, how sad I'll never be back to this one again. Over a medium coffee they lost a regular customer and my family who lives close by as well and whom ever I can get to stop coming I will
