Used to be a well run establishment. Now it’s all kids with zero adult supervision running it like they could care less about customers. Can’t use the app there. Orders constantly wrong (guess they are consistent) and the children working there are rude and more focused on their friends hanging out there. Pull your iPods out and do your job.

I love this place man it’s great. Half of these comments have to be fake there are a lot of kids but most of them are hard working and they know what they are doing. people just don’t have patience for literal minors or any respect for fast food workers so they make up stuff. every time I’ve been here the kids have been so nice unlike other places where it’s only strictly business and they give attitude. Here they have actually great management and most know how to handle the situations given to them especially because it’s the busiest one in town. I love this place coming in everyday is such a blessing and that supervisor seems awesome too I always see him talking about Jayson Tatum and it makes me feel right at home I love that man he’s so awesome!!!??❤️❤️

Went in on a Wednesday at 4PM with my 16 year old son to get him a snack… the staff consisted of 3 or 4 young kids who couldn’t have been less cordial to me and my son. Two young staff girls were conversing with each other, ignoring me and literally dropping eff bombs. I was stunned! I said to the girl, “did you just drop an eff bomb in front of your customers?” She smiled at the other girl and said “oh sorry” but went right back to her expletive filled conversation with her coworker. I was shocked! Mind you, I’m no prude, but there were older ladies waiting to order who looked equally as shocked as I was. Not going there again!

When talking to a customer you should face them!! I used to work at a Dunkin so I know they are taught etiquette when talking to a customer! Not sure of the ladies names but I came in today and the woman had her back turned and tried to ask me what I wanted, I could barley hear her. When I didn’t respond because her back was turned to me another coworker started to laugh with her and talk poorly about me for not answering because they thought it was funny to talk to someone with their backs turned I guess?
Workers are always lazy and rude. Just a bunch of irresponsible teenagers.

I absolutely LOVE this dunkin! The staff is wonderful and so caring. Andrew, Tracy, & Katelyn are always going above and beyond whenever my kids and I go and get our morning order. We look forward to seeing them everyday.

Wish employees would remember that the customer may be standing right there when they are making fun of an order. It's one thing to inquire and ask questions. It is entirely not ok to make fun or judge an order with other employees. Very unprofessional.
