I was never given a receipt. I came inside to make an order around 6pm only 1 person was in front of me and I had no issues waiting. The person who I did not get a name of because they did not have a name tag came from mopping the floor to take my order. They looked so upset that I existed. I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 14 years I get it if you had a bad day it stinks when you have to work however no one would know If I had a bad day because I treated them with a smile and respect. This person did not! Attitude, rolling the eyes, giving me a price when I clearly wasn’t done making an order and then getting upset when I requested more items. Also got upset when they made my drink wrong. I’m not sorry that I wanted it made correctly they didn’t have to start over just add to it. I’m not unreasonable I get everybody has a bad day but even when I basically apologized for my existence and wished both employees a good night I was received with silence and an eye roll. I have never seen this employee before and will most likely never try and interact with them again. My spouse works close to there so I can’t boycott the place. But this employee lit such a fury in me I almost wanted to jump behind the counter and show them what real customer service looked like. They would probably be on probation or fired if the attitude didn’t improve in 3 days.

Place is horrible took 3 tries to make my coffee somewhat decent. If I ask for 3 cremes everyday why is my coffee black today? Then when I told the lady at register she said I put crème.. ok well I don’t see it. She comes with a cup to add some and says is that enough? Is it? Idk.. I asked for 3 cremes how much did you put? Then when asked to remake it the correct way she gets to rolling her eyes and sighing well I’m a customer, your an employee let’s start acting like it. “Older lady with boot on her foot” 10/24/25 10:00 am

Wow! Service was fast and efficient. I got there late morning, with 7 customers in front of me. 1st thought, this is going to be a wait. I was at the counter within 5 minutes. Ordered a sandwich and a hot coffee, 5 minutes later I was sitting down having my brunch. 10 stars to the staff for their efficiency.

HOLY MOLD! The smell of mold in this place is shocking and the coffee taste like mold. I don't know how every employee in there isn't sick. If you work at this Dunkin's and have health issues, it's mold.

This is the second time I’ve came in an hour before they close & they are throwing away the bagels & donuts……I get 10-20 min before closing but over an hour before closing that is ridiculous…..

I got fired for physically having my phone on my person and going to the freezer when I was overheating. the manager is so mean. one time he posted the weekly schedule on the groupchat and when I tried to leave on schedule she yelled at me in front of her boss saying that's not my assigned time. she had the schedule on the wall and the time was dif then the gc one, I didn't mind staying but she could not stop ghaslighting me infront of her boss saying it's impossible and somehow there's something wrong with me or my phone even though everyone else said they saw the same schedule I did on the gc. she refused to even say my bad, all I wanted was "sorry that's weird can you stay till later?" but no she bad to yell at me in the back in front of her boss

My experience was terrible! The employees are always using their cell phone and sometimes with the uniform covered by other clothes, Poor service and every time I arrive at 5pm there is never the food I order! I've been through this several times.

I’m of the belief that every Dunkin’ Donuts location that does not have a drive thru needs to be delisted and mass 1 star reviewed so they stop showing up as viable options on Google Maps.
